At this particular time during this pandemic, I'm attempting to circle back to my favorite restaurant I enjoyed pre-pandemic to see who is open and offering outdoor dining. To my delight, Kaskade is now offering outdoor dining and plus their backyard patio is now open. My latest visit to Kaskade was a bit of a reunion of sorts. I enjoyed a marvelous brunch with my dear friends. Although the brunch menu is limited, it had a decent variety of option to choose from. We all enjoyed the burger, which was cooked to perfection. I must say, the chef is excellent. I've never had a bad meal. Period. The chefs attention to details and presentation is superb. The staff can't be left out here because the service is outstanding as well. I can't wait to return for dinner in the coming days.
