I guess I am yet another reviewer who is happy to see them go. My family and I were looking for furniture for a new home purchase and went in to see if they had anything worth checking out since they were going out of business. We got two steps in the door and the grumpy old salesman started following us around. My kids are very well behaved and will not touch anything in a store or climb on furniture, however the man made a point to tell us not to let them touch anything or climb on any of the sofas. I responded that I would not be giving him my business and was "shocked that they were going out of business if that is how they treat their customers". I made it about 10 steps in the door before the sales man rushed to see what I was there for. I said I was browsing and he informed me that they sell to "the right customer who is willing to pay". I guess wearing athliesure and bringing a child with me does not show that I am a serious customer. I will never consider Zoli as a serious business. read more

RUDE! (Check out other reviews here. Someone else complained of the same older man that we encountered, it wasn't just done to us!) Not surprised they're going out of business!! We went in to check the going out of business sale and per typical as most stores have staff that swarm you at the door, we kindly said to this elderly man who quickly approached us at the door, barely two steps in, that we were casually looking around and if we had any questions would let him know. I don't like being trailed when shopping, so annoying. Not 2 mins. later did this same older non- gentleman who was barely audible come over to harass us and told me I quote, 'You are unfriendly." Is this how you treat a potential customer?! No wonder they're going out of business. Told him I did not need to be followed nor liked it while shopping, he should read the room. Clearly he could care less. I promptly told him 'you just lost a sale' and left. What an arrogant, rude, disrespectful and classless person who thinks harassing and being condescending is good salesmanship. WHY IS HE IN YOUR STORE??? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! Listen to your customers, read the room creepy grinch. We had been at all major stores and this is the ONLY one where we experienced such rudeness!! We highly recommend ZOLi! We've lived in major cities like New York (Manhattan), Chicago, and San Francisco...and ZOLi can stand up to any of the high-end places in any of those cities. In fact, it's quite a hidden gem because we never thought we'd come across a place like this in the suburbs of Denver. We absolutely LOVED everything in store...even down to the rugs they had in their displays. Everything looked like a piece of art and would bring a modern touch to any home. We had to use all our self-control to not buy up a ton of stuff because we really weren't planning to buy anything when we walked in. To our surprise everything was super unique and stylish. The owner Ari was super friendly and you could tell he was very proud (as he should be) of the pieces he either selected for the store or even designed on his own. Talk about someone who knows the business and knows what he's talking about! In the end, we bought a beautiful modern coffee table that was a blend of glass and wood. We highly recommend ZOLi if you're looking for modern and high quality Italian furniture! 5 STARS!! read more

Amazing designs and the showroom is a feast for the eyes. We found and ordered a fabulous chair made to order in Italy, and well worth the wait. We'll be upgrading the rest of the furniture that came with the condo asap. Ordering, service, delivery were all topnotch and a shout out to Tony for facilitating the whole adventure. Don't bring your kids to this overpriced, pretentious, trashy, ugly furniture store... you will regret it

They need to post a sign that says NO CHILDREN OR FAMILIES ALLOWED. Within 3 minutes of being inside the store, two of the most pretentious sales associates I've ever had the displeasure of meeting chased us around and harrassed us to not let our son sit on a couch, touch a table, get near a bed, etc. The only reason you should go here is if you want people to verbally abuse your children and act like they're better than you. When I complained to the manager, who was sloppily dressed and smelled like body odor, he just stared at me with a blank look and sputtered unintelligently. One star is too good for these snobs. read more

The furniture is, by far, the best contemporary selection in Denver. We have purchased many pieces from Zoli over the years and find that Tony (manager) is quite knowledgeable and easy to work with. Their installer, Jorge, is phenomenal. With 25 years doing this, he takes pride in making installation a no-stress proposition for clients (he has installed complex glass and mechanical tables for us on two occasions). Zoli's touch in our contemporary home has kicked it up a few notches!! Side note: the one-star review by the individual who brought his toddler into the store gives no information about the furniture, its quality or the store's ability to stand by its products. I would never allow toddlers to run free in that store. Who needs a sign? read more

I totally love all the people that work here. They are so nice and easy to work with. Not pushy or desperate like other furniture stores. You don't feel like your being sold too instead you feel like your being consulted with. They are that nice. The furniture is exquisite and modern and so unique. The furniture collection they have is absolutely beautiful and modern. Just the kind that I was looking for. But the pretentious older gentlemen would not let us browse freely without frequent intervention. He had to ask what my selection was so that he could judge if I had good taste or not. He kept forcing us to sit and feel the furniture and texture and walk to the back of the furniture to appreciate its finish and classiness. I completely agree it was high end furniture. But his behavior was very pushy. Also, we did book a furniture (on a friday) and upon reaching home we found that dimensions which we considered were incorrect. We had only booked the table and the delivery was planned a month out. We called the store the following Monday and informed them that we would have to cancel the order. But they point blankly stated that we had signed a disclosure that they have a no return policy. Remember we did not get the furniture delivered yet. The manager finally agreed to give store credit. Now I'm stuck with a store which I do not wish to give sales to. read more

We walked in and we're followed all over the store. We assume they thought we didn't have enough money to spend there (they had no idea since they judged us by our jeans and tees). Finally after looking around only one floor level, an older gentleman asked us what we thought of the collection. I said it was nice and my boyfriend said it was a little too contemporary for him and he was just browsing. The man stated "I can tell. Maybe you should try Woodley furniture across the street, that is probably more your style." We walked out since his rude comments and following us around plainly meant he didn't want us there. I found the furniture beautiful but much too austere and modern for my taste. What was unfortunate is the rude, pretentious older gentleman that met us at the door and would not leave me alone to browse. He stated to me no less than three times that "this is very high-end furniture". I most certainly "got" what he was conveying. I truly have never been treated that poorly in my entire life. What he doesn't know is that I most certainly could afford anything in that showroom. I will be sure to let everyone in my personal and professional network know of the behavior exhibited by this individual as well as the other staff that watched him do it. If they are so special and high-end and inappropriate for children (which I don't disagree), perhaps they should sell by appointment only. This way they can thoroughly "vet" the customer to make sure that they can afford their "high-end" furniture and also ensure that there are no children accompanying the adults since this is not furniture appropriate for families. read more

Moving to a new place and I wanted to check out this showroom my sister recommended. After visiting the place three times in a row, I can confidently say that this place is quite amazing. It's not just beautiful and elegant furniture but also the friendly and warm atmosphere created by the wonderful staff. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel and Gail who made sure we were taken care of during each visit. I also had the chance to meet one of the owners, Corinne, who is just as cordial as her employees. Zoli has a fantastic collection of modern furniture. I could furnish my entire house at this store; living room, bedroom, dining room, office, and family room. Lots of great art, rugs and accessories too. Too bad I don't have an empty house to furnish! The staff is very attentive and professional and happy to answer any questions.
