Ordered a pizza 1.5 hours ago. No delivery. Just now got it ready.

It's tucked away in a tiny section off of Front Beach Drive, headed toward Pier Park. Ordering was super easy because they have a computer ordering system that is incredibly easy to navigate. They young lady helping me was kind and courteous which was an awesome feeling. I wish there was better seating. There was a picnic style bench outside but I wouldn't be able to bring friends to eat there because there simplification isn't enough seating. Got here in Panama and needed to feed 6 of us quick. I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 knots. I wish I would have taken pictures because it looked as good as it tasted. We got the chicken, bacon ranch explosion, we built a pepperoni, sausage, bacon and a cheese pizza. I'm an avid cook and could tell the cheese they use was a great blend and high quality, yum! Food was alright. We ordered from delivery from the restaurant. They evidently use DoorDash. It said our food had been delivered to our condo, but it was not there. We could not get anyone to answer the phone. When we finally got ahold of the Zollo, whoever answered was extremely short with us and said we would have to call door dash as it was not their problem. TERRIBLE SERVICE! My fiancé waited over two and half hours for three items. Employees were rude and never even apologized for the long wait. There were several others waiting for just as long as my fiancé. No reason was even given for the long wait - it seemed like it was funny to the employees. I ordered through their website at 6:45pm and my fiancé didn't get back to our room until after 9:30pm. Don't waste your time or money on this place. Will never go back - one of the items was cold when he finally received it and one pizza was incorrect.
