We biked down here from our rental home to have a drink and grab pizza. My sister insisted on Ticheli's and said it'll be the freshest brick oven pizza we can find here. We ordered the supreme version and sat by the live music while we waited. I can't complain about the wait time because it is 5 people in one tiny shack cooking away, so all I'd say is be aware there will be a wait. Like an hour I'd expect. We didn't know this and we're trying to make it in time for sunset on the beach with the pizza, but ended up missing it because it took an hour and 15. This place is hard to describe, it is a walk up pizza stand, in the park side of a circle drive for a shopping center. The pizza is marginal at best. The dough was chewy and soft and I asked for extra done. The ingredients were fresh but not warm. We tried three types because they are 9" personal size. We got an artichoke, a pepperoni and a buffalo chicken. They did pile on the ingredients - just needed to be in the oven another 10 min or get the oven hotter. Loved their pizza - yummy crispy crust. Liked that you can get 8" personal size of their specialty pies since we all like different kinds of pizza. Greek salad was large (would feed 3) and very good. This is a busy place that turns over a lot of pizza. It's the closest place to where we were staying so we tried it out. Good pizza but a little pricey for what it was. $18 for burnt crust. Thankfully it was close enough to walk to. There is table seating close by but we chose to take it back to where we were staying. Two people can split one pizza. read more

First order came out at 5:41, second came out 25 minutes later! These were the first two orders of the night! Pizzas are medium sized, $20, vaca prices as expected. Supposed to be wood fired. Thin crust with decent toppings. Sorry, but I have a kamado joe grill at home and my pizzas are far better. These just tasted like they were cooked in a hot oven. We had pasta, salads, meatball subs, cheese sticks. Everything was fine but bland. The Greek salad was good, but the bread sticks tasted like they were microwaved. Our kids were all happy which means nothing had any flavor. It would be fine if it was cheap and fast, but it was neither. We won't be back. read more

Had the all meat pizza while we were listening to live music down at Peddlers. They were very busy, but they turned out the pizza very quickly. It's done in a wood fired oven and the crust was thin and crispy, which I love. I thought that the spicy sausage was exceptional and it was done just the right amount of time. It's definitely a little pricey at $20 for what amounts to a medium pizza, but considering the area and the fact that everything's a little high, I thought it was still good. We always get pizza the first night in at the beach and with us arriving around 7 PM this was the closest place besides that brick and mortar Pizza by the Sea next to it. Walking from Rosemary to get 3 pies was ideal versus getting back in the car to get it so we gave it a shot. First of all you can tell by just calling and talking to the people that they are down to earth and I really enjoy that with all the ritzy stuck up people around this particular area. They made sure to read my phone number back to me and they would text me when the pizzas were coming out of the oven. It is busy so give them plenty of heads up. We got there about 15 minutes before our order was ready so I grabbed a delicious beer while listening to live music from a joining hut in the plaza. On the last sip they text me the pizza was ready and walked it back home. Just spent a week and a half in Seacrest and had the pizza here three times we loved it so much. The meatball pizza and the margherita with sausage were our favorites. The dough with the imported flour plus the sauce are made fresh daily and it makes a world of difference. BBQ chicken was the best of our four choices...sweet sauce that balanced with savory white chicken meat. I would purchase this one again. The pepperoni and the all meat were ok. Meats were tasty but the sauce had little flavor and the crust was tough. The ranch chicken was terrible...like someone dumped a bottle of thick ranch dressing on a burned crust. Too much ranch white sauce and the crust was black...should have been tossed in trash and another provided. We will definitely choose another pizza establishment wheN we return to 30A. The one size offered is 12 in pizza and the costs of the four above were 18, 18, 20, and 18, respectively. If taste had equated with cost, no biggie; however, the quality was inferior to CiCi's. read more

Ok so if you are looking for very good authentic pizza then this is not the place. If you are looking to satisfy a craving then maybe. I am from Jersey and this pizza is simply not that good. I just had the "sweep the kitchen" and I was surprised they had charged $22 and not used fresh mushrooms on the pizza AND it was not even 16 inches. The crust was a bit different but tolerable. My biggest issue is that it was advertised as a solid, authentic Italian pizza joint with a wood-fired grill. However, it was incredibly bland. The dough was mushy and not thoroughly cooked.
