I am originally from NY so I am a snob about my Italian food - Pizzeria Napoli impressed me with the takeout order I got tonight. I had the chicken parm dinner and it was perfect and as a bonus it came with the best little garlic toasted I've ever had. My son got a Stromboli and loved it. My daughter in law is gluten free so she ordered fries and plain wings.... The fries looked home made and the chicken was incredible crispy - no soggy wings here! In addition to the food being a nice surprise the staff was friendly and attentive ... much appreciated these days! I look forward to going back soon and ordering a pizza. Mangia! read more

The food and staff were amazing! We ordered the pizza, lasagna bread knots, side salad, and wings. All of the flavors on point the wings were delicious, I wish I had ordered more. The lady at the counter and who also cooks is extremely friendly, professional, and pleasant. Having moved here from NY we were looking for some good Italian food. We haven't had good Italian food since moving here. We drove by this place on the way to Mexico Beach and so glad we stopped. I love the Italian Mobster pictures and NJ license plates on the wall. The place isn't fancy. But, the food is amazing! Definitely the best Italian food we have had in this area and it's fresh ! We are only 1.5 miles away and we will definitely be back. Disappointing Experience at Pizzeria Napoli I visited Pizzeria Napoli on multiple occasions, initially having excellent dining experiences. However, my most recent visits have been nothing short of a nightmare. During one of my most recent visits, I encountered Alla Ahmed, the Owner/Operator of the establishment. After being dissatisfied with the quality of my pizza, Ms. Ahmed kindly offered me a pizza credit for my next visit. When I returned to redeem it, Mr. Ahmed was present. Unfortunately, my pizza was once again disappointing - overcooked and burnt. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction, Mr. Ahmed's attitude took a sharp turn for the worse. He became verbally aggressive, refused to listen to my feedback, and even went as far as yelling at me to leave the restaurant and to never return. He screamed at the top of his lungs that he didn't like customers like me, who complain. It was an incredibly unprofessional and unwelcoming response to a customer concern. I have photographic evidence of the subpar pizzas I received on both occasions, showcasing the poor quality and burnt crusts. The lack of customer service and the hostile behavior exhibited by Mr. Ahmed are unacceptable in any dining establishment. In light of my experience, I cannot recommend Pizzeria Napoli in Panama, FL, to others. It's disappointing to see such a decline in quality and customer service from a place that I initially thought was good for business. 30 years of service here in Bay County - I'm sure he's a pillar to the community for those who knows his good side. Furthermore, there's two side to every human alive and this is the side I don't recommend any paying customers to witness. I wouldn't recommend this business to my worst enemy. The food here is amazing from the pizza to the pasta and the Calzones. The owners are very nice people, very friendly. It's very casual dining but I usually pick mine up to go. Ehhhh it's just OK. They use canned mushrooms and I'm not a fan of their mozzarella. The olive oil is good and so is their red sauce. The place isnt much to look at but the food is what is important to me. The staff is very friendly. I will continue to try menu items and see if I can find something I like. read more

Napoli has been on my short list after hearing great thing about it for the past couple years. I was happy to see them reopen on Tyndall Parkway, right along my route to the beach. My first impressions were tempered based of the fact that they close at 7pm (that's damned early for a pizzeria) and no beer or wine (yes, I'm serious). After talking to the staff/owner and learning that I could walk next door to Raceway for beer and wine to enjoy with my pizza, and that even though it was 6:45, we'd still be able to order and enjoy our pizza, in spite of the posted 7pm closing time, so I went ahead and ordered a large pie and ran next door for drinks. (Tip; if you buy wine, be sure you get a corkscrew.) Once we got seated in the dining room (aka the event center) and poured our wine into styrofoam cups, we waited just a few minutes for our beautiful pizza to arrive. It was delicious! Nice thin crust, with just enough toppings. My only complaint is canned mushrooms. Come on, fresh mushrooms aren't that difficult to source, and sooo much better than canned. Overall, a great NY-style pizza, with solid service, in a no-frills setting. I'll be back, with my bottle of wine, corkscrew and, this time, wine glasses. Pizzeria Napoli has been a favorite of mine ever since even before they relocated because of Hurricane Michael. My two favorites are mussels beure blanc and clams in alfredo sauce on linguine. They also have fried ravioli as an appetizer, that's good. Service is polite and atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. They have a real Italian chef. My friend tended to order calzone, once he ordered stromboli, he liked it all the time. I watched and noticed it was good food. I think they have broccoli calzone, that would be a good, tasty meal, I may have had it once. read more

First off let me start by saying the location is, well let's just say it's in an odd location. It obviously works though! It had been a few years since my last visit due to my job keeping me out of town for a few years, so I made it a priority to visit. I had my usual, spaghetti and meatballs! It's good. You get a HUGE bowl of great pasta with a homemade tasting sauce. The meatballs however taste like frozen Walmart meatballs. On my previous visits it was much better. My wife had their New York style pie. She wasn't impressed. I didn't try it this time, but the last time I had it a few years ago, it was amazing. Maybe the business changed hands. I'm going to give them another chance, maybe we caught them on a bad day. It happens. Like I said, this little place was amazing three years ago. I will edit my review after my next visit. read more

Yes! Anytime I want to get a great pizza in PC, Napoli is the first place that comes to mind. It is far superior than any chain pizza. Their sauce is not too tangy. They use the right amount of cheese and the crust is the perfect thickness. It is a small place. We usually order and pick up but occasionally we will dine in for lunch. They have really good lunch deals! We also love the staff. They are accommodating and friendly. read more

I am eating a supposedly large pizza I just ordered (16" $12.95). I have to say the pizza is decent though a bit light in weight. Slices are pretty small, but may be due to the fact that of what I'm about to detail next. Getting home and anticipating something good, I opened the box to find something I dreaded. To prove my eyes wasn't deceiving me, I went and got a tape measure... yes I sure did! Instead of a 16" pizza, it was a 14" pizza?! IE... they sold me a medium pizza for the large price?! Now I could see if this was a mix up due to being super busy, but I was the only one in the store! Now the pizza tastes pretty good, but I can not accept the fact that I basically overpaid for the quantity I received, not to mention the pizza is already a bit skimp in crust heft. I definitely will not be back. That's not a honest mistake, I was robbed! I know this place has it's fans, but the next time you order a pizza, make sure you measure it. Such a good mom and pop pizza place. I haven't had there pizza but the Stromboli's and calzones are delicious. They are very big and they have a great amount of meat. They don't charge you for extra ranch or marinara which is fantastic because most places do. And they are very kind there. The owners are always there working with there employees make sure the service is great and sometimes you even see the owner back there making the food which is awesome seeing as how the recipes come from him. Pizzeria Napoli is a great place to get a quick fix of Italian comfort foods. You'll find a solid varitey of subs, calzones, pizza (by the slice or whole), wraps, stromboli, and pastas. It is family owned and operated. The service is friendly and quick. The resturant itself is a bit small and on it's busiest days it may be a wait to find adequate seating for your party. I must remember it differently. The location is new, the set up (drink cups, ice) still poorly designed, people nice, but there are annoying elements now due to what we believe are employee's children, giggling, talking, and apparently always there! The salad was tasty, tomatoes especially, but the carrots were cut as though they were going in a chunky stew, the cucumbers were thick slices, and most of the lettuce was ribs, and rusty and even brown in places. We ordered pizza slices and steak Stromboli. My dining partner had the Stromboli, said she at least had some flavor in the "marinara" after she added salt! She only ate about half the Stromboli, which was mostly dry, tasteless dough. The pizza has a great tasting sauce, the dough was thin, greasy and strangely textured, and the slice of pepperoni pizza was covered in grease puddles. read more

What a pleasant surprise! We were in town for the weekend and found this place on Yelp. I wasn't sure what to expect as it looks Small from the outside, but there are plenty of tables inside. As soon as you walk in the door it smells heavenly. SO GOOD. I'm not sure if the woman helping us was the owner but she was so kind and sweet to my three kids. The food was amazing. This place has some of the best tasting pizza in town. It is closer to what you might find in Italy. It is a little greasy (not Pizza Hut greasy, seriously how do people eat that stuff). This is a nice pizzeria next to the Goodwill outlet. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I tried the spinach ricotta calzone and it was delicious.
