I am too old to continue so I selected Kennth's as they have been in business for decades in the same location with great reviews. We also had one vehicle in the body repair shop when a large tree limb fell on the windshield and hood. This repair cannot been detected from the rest of the vehicle. A few days back I left my office and my car wouldn't start. In the meantime I called Quick Slick Mobil Mechanics and spoke with Eric. He was polite and calm and upfront about pricing and responded quickly. He arrived and quickly diagnosed it as a faulty starter - which is what I suspected. We tried a few "tricks" but it definitely needed to be replaced. He called for parts on speaker phone so I was aware of the cost of the part - again upfront and honest. He went to get the part and arrived back in a timely manner. He quickly and efficiently removed the old and installed the new. He even had to move the catalytic converter out of the way a little. My husband had arrived by then and handled the rest of the situation. Eric was wonderful from start to finish. I'd call them ANYTIME if I need them. In a very stressful situation, in the Houston afternoon Summer heat... Eric made the situation as easy as possible. The pricing was very reasonable and upfront.
