She's so thorough and detailed in every service she performs and there's an amazing sense of comfort when you're in her chair (even though you're about to be poked with needles haha). So, I'm not new to lip fillers. When scheduling, I was able to get in the next day which was perfect. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. I was cared for by my nurse, Monica, and she was so efficient - the lip filler injections were painless in comparison to my previous experiences. They use a different type of numbing agent, which is different than the crème most places use. The injections were quick, and perfect. Monica, the nurse was fantastic and took me back quickly after filling out my forms on the iPad. I purchased a Groupon to see how my experience was going to be, and I do feel like I will be a long-time returning client. I am very disappointed that Allure didn't MAKE IT RIGHT. In April 2023, I had a neck thread PDO lift procedure, supposedly using an updated, improved thread type. It was a complete waste of money ($1,700). I had a PDO done 2 years earlier for less ($500) with excellent results at their Mesa location. In the first week of May 2023, I complained that I heard a snap, crackle, and pop and felt a thread move in my neck when I got home right after the procedure. It felt too tight. I saw zero PDO results and was told to wait a few months to get the full effect of the collagen inducement. Okay, I waited. I went in today, July 6th, for a different procedure and I spoke to the manager while getting numbed up. She asked me to text current pics of my neck that obviously show zero improvement from April. So, I asked her to MAKE IT RIGHT by giving me a 20% discount on my current $2,000 procedure that I'm very happy with. When I checked out, the manager offered me a $50 discount. When I said that wasn't enough, she gave me another $100 off. I was expecting a $400 discount today because I was 100% dissatisfied with my PDO neck lift. In my mind, they didn't do enough to make me feel like a valued 8-year customer. They didn't MAKE IT RIGHT, so I've decided to go elsewhere for treatments. read more

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE BOTCHED THEN GASLIT. I used to come here for the last 2-3 years before it got renamed from Allure to Alani, I thought it would be the same professional and knowledgeable injectors that knew what they were doing but I was very wrong. Lani Salas was my lip injector for my most recent visit and I was just coming to do my annual fill of 1 full syringe. The goal was to crisp up my lip borders, make sure both sides were even and add more height/lift. At first they looked fine but wasn't able to be 100% sure because obviously your lips swell after being poked numerous times so you need to wait for it to heal 2 weeks. During my healing time I noticed they were looking uneven, and one side had sharper borders than the other and I was even missing a noticeable amount of filler on one side of my top lip. The unqualified "manager" in my opinion, Priscilla, spoke with me and said to come back after two more weeks because I was still swollen according to her and Lani S. And was told depending on the case of the client, they can do a touch up syringe at no cost, this was the same thing I would get told by my previous injectors at Allure, Kylie and Crystal. So of course I agreed. Today I went in for my second follow up and both Lani S. And Priscilla said there is nothing wrong with my lips, they don't see what I'm talking about, and even basically we're blaming me saying that it was my "natural lip anatomy" that was uneven to begin with, not having anything to do with Lani S. work, they said it could also be maybe the previous place I went to messed it up but when I told them I've never gone anywhere else to get my lips done they had nothing else to say. I even named off all the ladies that have worked on my lips before there at their location and they still would come up with excuses and not take any accountability that it was Lani that didn't do a good job on my lips. I asked her about the touch up syringe that has always been offered but Priscilla claims they have never offered that, only with Botox, which is a lie because if she would've pulled up my records, she would have seen that I've gotten the touch up syringe for free to fix any uneveness or put any filler in some spot that might have been missed the first time. Instead they both wanted me to pay almost $400 for a half syringe to fix Lani's screw up. Priscilla also needs to go thru training as a manager again because any simple question I'd ask her she would take forever to answer and was not familiar with the policies, gave me the wrong misinformation on the touch up syringe policy that now they no longer offer it, tho she told me on my first follow up that they do depending on the clients situation/case. What Priscilla should've done to make things right is honor what she told me during my first follow up and authorized the touch up syringe at no cost and taken accountability for messing up my lips. Instead she expected me to pay for their mistake. I will never be coming back to this place ever again, they lost a long time client for sure. read more

Love it here! I originally found them on Groupon and got a stellar deal on my Juvederm and Botox. The normal price for 1 syringe of Juvederm is $499 but sometimes they have sales, like they do this month at $399. Glad I happened to Schedule in February and saved $100! The girls are always super helpful and polite. I have been to a couple other Med spas for both my Lips and Botox and feel the work done here by Lisa is far better, and I won't go anywhere else for my lips. I am from out of state and unfortunately I was unhappy with my previous lip filler, Javey talked me in to dissolving my filler, I fully trust him but I was so hesitant to dissolve my filler and I waited to book my appointment. I have not had the best experience since going to Allure, I have tried four times, the product I believe is not as potent as it should be in the way of Dysport , then I went in there after complaining and they charged me to do more work. When in fact I didn't think they were going to charge me. I had called and they said come in if you're not satisfied and we will take care of it. I took my mom for a CoolPeel treatment in late June 2023, as we were told the outcome of this laser would be very similar to CO2 laser however, we learned that was not the case. The esthetician told us it would take several CoolPeel sessions to obtain the same results as a CO2 laser treatment, which was disappointing. However, the laser wasn't harsh and my mom was pleased with the actual treatment area. We should continue to see improvement over time and are excited about it. I am rating our experience with three stars thus far because even though the esthetician that treated my mom was great, our interaction with the reception at the Avondale office was problematic and unhelpful. I will update the post soon as we receive a resolution from management on future services that have been paid for. I have not done the CoolPeel treatment myself yet, and look forward to PRP injections, as I have read promising results from this treatment. read more

My discount was what I had in my Ally account of $80 big deal not I had my services done on Friday the sixth and again on Saturday, 7 January I seen Georgia on Friday, and I seen Monica on Saturday. I am so disappointed with the results. I don't see any at all. I have big knots in my facial skin around my frown lines from the product. I expected so much more. I feel like I took my money and threw it away. As a rule of thumb I usually check reviews before I select a service. I did do some research before I selected Allure. I decided to purchase 20 units of Botox to have some lines lightened on my forehead and between my eyebrows. I showed up at my appointment and sat down and to get the Botox injections. The nurse / salesperson informed me that I would be unsatisfied with the results unless I purchased an extra $160 worth of units. She assured me and nearly guaranteed me I would be satisfied of the results in 2 weeks if I purchased the extra units. Reluctantly i agreed to the purchase. Two weeks have gone by now with no results. If you read this review and you still decide to choose Allure Medspa please do everyone a favor after your unsatisfied experience with this business and post a review.
