The price he quoted me was very reasonable and better than I was expecting. the price included replacing the roof, vent covers, the attic fan, and three replacements boards if needed. The job was completed in one day. The crew took great care to protect the landscaping around the house. They cleaned everything up after the job was finished. The roof came out great. one of the new features on the new roof that the old roof and my neighbor's roof does not have is flashings along the edges of the roof. This is what all other companies should be aspiring towards. He recognizes that, as a homeowner, the most valuable thing we own is our home and he wants us to be satisfied with the work. Believe me, I am. As if that's not enough, there's Clint's man on the ground: Robert. Here again, to say Robert does a good job is unfair - he's exceptional. Courteous, helpful, also willing to own the work, but the most importantly when dealing with contractors: he makes sure the job is done right. At one point, I asked if they were close to finishing. Robert pointed out that he'd finish if I wanted him to, but he'd rather do the job right. Considering how much work I was having done, I realized there was no better answer. In the end, the only thing that slowed them down was the weather. As a homeowner, it's not always easy to know if you're getting a quality company when you have to find someone online. So we asked them to come back for routine gutter cleanup and an inspection for leak prevention, as they advertised as one of their expertise. This time, we are greatly disappointed; they did nothing with the gutters, leaving nails popping out, but told me I had a problem with part of the roof, but no definitive scope of work. Then someone claimed to be a representative called to talk about "roof work", including replacing all of my skylights. When asking for an estimate, it was refused and the person just kept reiterating the same phrase, "you have an expensive home". That didn't sit well, so I chose to end the conversation and definitely end the relationship. SAD!
