My car was damaged after hydraulic fluid from a trash truck spilled all over it and ultimately damaged the paint. I had to work through the trash truck's insurance company to have the affected area repaired and repainted, and Alen made the entire process so much easier. From the beginning, he was trustworthy, honest, helpful, and an excellent communicator. He walked me through each step, took photos and documented the damage, explained what needed to be done and how long it would take, and stayed in communication with both me and the insurance company throughout the process. I took my vehicle in for a relatively minor rear bumper repair. I got one other quote prior to bringing it to Zoom and they were both comparable. The reason I chose Zoom is because they were friendly, to the point, fast service and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. I dropped the vehicle off for a quote, which was done on the spot. Just a few days later, I dropped off the vehicle and it was completed in less than a week. I have a 10-year old Prius which has oxidation damage on the roof. Because the car is so old, I wasn't going to worry about it, but decided that I'd at least find out if it was worth fixing. I called Zoom and spoke with Andre. So many companies have such awful customer service these days, but Andre was very knowledgeable and honest with me, and gave me a realistic assessment of what I'd have to do to repair my car. Got sideswiped by some creep on the 210 and needed to find an auto body shop that could repair the driver side view mirror for a very reasonable price. I called Zoom auto and they told me to bring it in and they give me an estimate. They were professional and said that they could have a replacement part in about a day. Good to their word they got a new side view mirror and replaced it in under an hour. Not only did they replace my side view mirror, they attached the chrome from the old one on the to new mirror (that didn't come with chrome) and knocked out the dent in my driver side door that creaked each time I opened or closed. After purchasing my Nissan Altima in late 2013, My new car was the victim of 2 hit and run accidents. Neither left a note. I was stuck dealing with the repairs on my own. I heard about Zoom and thank God I did. The owner is so kind and so considerate, I could not believe I was at a body shop. The customer service is top tier. I have never been treated so kindly. As a single woman , I always get nervous at car places because I feel like they want to take me for a ride( no pun intended!). This was NOT the case at Zoom Auto Body. Each step was explained to me in meticulous detail, and I was made well aware of the costs in advance of the work being done. There were no lies, or scams or surprise fees added on. The quote was as provided and did not change. My car was hit on the right side on the front and the back and I was literally devastated. The owner actually took into account that I was paying out of pocket and tried to do his best to keep costs low. He explained to me the ways we could do that, and made sure I agreed to everything before the repair began. When I picked up my car, I was over the moon. If I didn't know any better I would say it looked better than the day I brought it from the lot. The car was literally perfect.
