I took my vehicle in for a relatively minor rear bumper repair. I got one other quote prior to bringing it to Zoom and they were both comparable. The reason I chose Zoom is because they were friendly, to the point, fast service and explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. I dropped the vehicle off for a quote, which was done on the spot. Just a few days later, I dropped off the vehicle and it was completed in less than a week. I needed an extensive repair on an older Versa that was in an accident. Zoom was fast and fair. Wat to work with and good prices.

I have a 10-year old Prius which has oxidation damage on the roof. Because the car is so old, I wasn't going to worry about it, but decided that I'd at least find out if it was worth fixing. I called Zoom and spoke with Andre. So many companies have such awful customer service these days, but Andre was very knowledgeable and honest with me, and gave me a realistic assessment of what I'd have to do to repair my car. Got sideswiped by some creep on the 210 and needed to find an auto body shop that could repair the driver side view mirror for a very reasonable price. I called Zoom auto and they told me to bring it in and they give me an estimate. They were professional and said that they could have a replacement part in about a day. Good to their word they got a new side view mirror and replaced it in under an hour. Not only did they replace my side view mirror, they attached the chrome from the old one on the to new mirror (that didn't come with chrome) and knocked out the dent in my driver side door that creaked each time I opened or closed. After purchasing my Nissan Altima in late 2013, My new car was the victim of 2 hit and run accidents. Neither left a note. I was stuck dealing with the repairs on my own. I heard about Zoom and thank God I did. The owner is so kind and so considerate, I could not believe I was at a body shop. The customer service is top tier. I have never been treated so kindly. As a single woman , I always get nervous at car places because I feel like they want to take me for a ride( no pun intended!). This was NOT the case at Zoom Auto Body. Each step was explained to me in meticulous detail, and I was made well aware of the costs in advance of the work being done. There were no lies, or scams or surprise fees added on. The quote was as provided and did not change. My car was hit on the right side on the front and the back and I was literally devastated. He explained to me the ways we could do that, and made sure I agreed to everything before the repair began. When I picked up my car, I was over the moon. If I didn't know any better I would say it looked better than the day I brought it from the lot. The car was literally perfect. I've been a loyal customer for about 15 years. I originally started coming here with the previous owner had the place. He was VERY good at repairs and the best prices anywhere. My first visit, I had put a large gash in my bumper and got an estimate at a shop close to my work, the bill was going to be a LOT, don't remember the exact cost (again about 15 yrs ago), when I came here it was literally half. I crossed my fingers hoping it would look decent and it looked brand-spanking-new. I've been a loyal customer ever since. When Andre purchased the shop many years ago, he not only continued with the fantastic repairs and rock bottom prices, but he added a very comfortable waiting area which was sorely lacking, yes, I'm a girl and don't want to be around yucky mechanics' grimy work tables, nothin' wrong with dat, right? Now, I have probably had half dozen or more experiences with Zoom for one car or another and he still is the cheapest in town. Recently a man crashed my front light and fender while parking. He was so nice and decent to leave a note (I wasn't there), that I felt I had to do some due diligence and confirm Zoom was still the cheapest. I checked Yelp and took the car to 2 other shops before confirming yet again that Zoom could not be beat. Also recently had to sell my station wagon because our family grew. To get top dollar for the car, it needed some small fixes to the bumper. I explained the situation to Andre and after talking about about our options, he came up with a very good solution and made the car look beautiful! It sold for exactly what we needed, which wouldn't have happened if it didn't look brand new. I also recently brought my minivan after someone ran into me (I'm not going to list all my visits, but you do 'get' that I'm a "frequent flyer", right?). He not only fixed the rear bumper but also fixed up some other scratches with touch up paint and fixed the "skirt" on the front bumper which was hanging off improperly for a while (I had sorta forgotten about that). I accidentally rolled over a cement slab when parking my car in a stall and the front bender partially came off. I didn't know what to do so I drove into Zoom Auto Body and spoke with Andrey Isayan. He was very busy, but took the time to examine my car and recommended I tape the bumper temporarily until I could get it fixed. He went further to say that if I bought the tape, he would do the work at no charge. I was absolutely amazed at his generosity especially for a successful businessman. I highly recommend Zoom Auto Body. Andrey was extremely professional and really made the rest of my weekend worry-free. As much as I wanted to pay him for his service, he refused and said that "word of mouth" referrals was much better than monetary payment.
