The e-collar stopped working that night. I had to wait over a month to get a replacement e-collar when I should have had the replacement the next day!! How can they not have back up e-collars in stock?? As a result, it was extremely hard to retrain her when we had to go that long without the reinforcement. Dalton tried his best to accommodate us and keep us informed on what was going on, but Jason and Andrew had Dalton and I jumping through all these hoops asking for more information (serial #'s, etc.) when they should have asked for the information all at once instead of over the course of several phone calls. We were both being strung along for no reason. I could have gotten one from Amazon in a day but they wouldn't reimburse me for that! My other complaint is that I was told that I could go to Dog Wizard's Facebook page every other day and see videos of how the training was going. Instead I had to wait over a week and a half before I could see my first video because the website person didn't have her act together. Dalton was nice enough to send me the raw footage of the videos directly to me and I still only got to see 4 videos, two of them duplicates. This is total incompetence on Jason and Andrew's part! What kind of business are they running?? They definitely have no idea what good customer service entails! On the positive side, I was very impressed with Dalton and his professionalism. I gave him a list of behaviors that I wanted him to train Maddie and he accomplished all of them. Dalton just needs to get a job with another dog training company because Dog Wizard sucks! Not once did I get a call from Jason or Andrew apologizing for the delay! I paid $3400 for this boot camp and other than Dalton I was not impressed with the staff!

I signed up for the puppy training…read moresessions through Zoom (all virtual) and it was one of the best decisions I've made when it comes to my pup. Ann is professional, patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, friendly, caring--I can go on and on. Before our first session, my puppy was THE chomping monster. I felt lost and frustrated. But, after one session, I learned so much about communication between myself and my dog and how important it is to understand how dogs learn. Throughout each session, Ann would demonstrate the commands with George then have me perform the same thing with my dog. As she watched, she was able to correct what needed adjusting and explained as she did that. Each and every time, she was able to teach me and my pup new things. My puppy is now a puppy who others compliment on for her good behavior and focus on me. One thing to note is Ann emails handouts that review what she went over in the last session which is super helpful--you have to do the work to see progress with your dog.
