If I could give this review more stars I would! If you are pet owners like us and think your pets are part of your family, rest assured they will be in good hands with Jessica. She walked our dogs and was also was their petsitter when we were away and we were always treated like her number one client. I don't know how she did it! with so many clients and all of the volunteer outreach she does on behalf of animal welfare. She even took pictures and sent us texts with reports about their walks and their care just to keep us assured about the care of our pets. We would use Jessica sometimes when I would have a medical emergency, since I have chronic illness, and she was always there for us, she always had our backs. We feel so lucky to have had her here in Pennsylvania and miss her greatly. Be assured you have gained a great asset in her new location and do not hesitate to use her services. Our dogs loved Jessica because they could sense, as we could, that she was a true dog person. She enjoyed their quirks as much as we did. Jessica was our dog walker for a year and a half (before moving out of the area). She was very flexible with scheduling and always made time for our cockapoo, Sandy, when she needed a walk and I couldn't take her out. Jessica was consistent with communication, always sending a text after each visit to let us know what happened. When our dog had some health issues, Jessica was willing to do whatever was required to keep Sandy safe and cared for. Jessica even watched our dog hen we went away. I had the pleasure of hiring Jessica/Zoomie's when we went out of town for the weekend. I had considered boarding my two dogs but was saddened to learn that they would only be walked three times per day and crated for the remainder of the time. I was also worried about the psychological effects that boarding may have on my dogs as well as any communicable diseases that may arise. Not to mention, the cost of boarding two dogs for the weekend was DOUBLE the cost of using Zoomies. There are no words for how impressed I was with Zoomies. Jessica came to my home to meet my dogs first and go over everything. She asked a multitude of questions, some that I wouldn't have even thought of myself. She always kept me informed on how my fur babies were doing while I was gone and even left a nice thank you note for me for trusting her with my dogs. I actually provided a picture of what I requested and the young man there took a copy to show the groomer. The groomer needs to find another occupation. I met the owners a week before my appointment. Seemed like nice enough people. Groomer left long hair on their paws. Failed to cut it short as requested. Completely changed the females face cut and never removed hair from their ears. The females both area doesn't even look like it was cut at all. This is the worst grooming that I have had in the 5 years since my babies were born. Beware of this place. They talk a good game but don't provide the service requested. It's as if they decide what you want and do just that. Never again to darken the doorstep at Zoomies. I LOVE all the wonderful caregivers at Zoomies !!! My two Brittany Spaniels are two of their biggest fans. I get text updates all the time and many times a picture of my two girls is included so I can see what fun they are having when I'm not there. Zoomies makes sure to give them any medications that they need and they give them plenty of belly rubs and love when they are there. They always go above and beyond and even keep an eye on the weather in case it storms so they can put them up early in their safe kennel since one of the girls is terrified of thunder! They are also taking care of my grumpy old cat. They gave him his medicine after his dental surgery and they even clean up his hairball vomit accidents! (Anyone with an old cat...or any cat...knows how gross that is!) I can't say enough about how great they are!!! read more

Jessica and her team has been a blessing for my husband and I to be able to travel some as our dog strider would not do well at all in a traditional kennel sitting. we love it that he can be at home in his on enviroment. They have always been dependable and truly care about the pets in their care. A handsome Malamute decided to adopt us...after walking into our yard and deciding to stay. His original family finally gave up trying to keep him at home. His Alaskan coat is a bit too thick for our Georgia summers...and my attempts at shaving him were a disaster. He hated the ordeal, as did I. Finally, I called Jessica. Our boy, Mumford, loves his sessions at Zoomies. He walks into the building easily...if Jessica leads the way! Mumford is a bit embarrassed for a few days after his shaves...what with the loss of his magnificent coat...but he then realizes how much cooler he feels...and starts strutting around...as if he's the most gorgeous dog on the planet! read more

I was going on my first vacation in years, and was unsure what to do about my cats. I found Zoomies through an internet search, and I am SO glad I did! Jessica was AMAZING! Jessica is such an awesome pet sitter!! I personally wouldn't want anyone else looking after my cats while I was away. One of my cats, Elsa, is literally a scaredy cat. We left our 3 labs with Zoomies while attending my son's wedding in Destin, FL.
