I have a Wheaten Terrier and Paige was not only experienced in grooming this breed but went to some trouble to find the appropriate length of coat that not only made Séamus look beautiful but was practical for me to manage. My father called Paige asking If Blaze could be groomed before the whole family came for the weekend as this could be the last time we were all together with him. Not only did Paige call him back first thing and tell my dad to bring him in right away but she groomed him without any other dogs there as we didn't want to over excite him. A gesture like that shows someone who truly cares and is passionate in what they do. Paige I am eternally grateful for the kindness you showed my dog today. Amanda asked what I wanted done, then actually pulled up pictures online to confirm it was the look I was seeking for my long haired chihuahua. I'm sure we've all been there, when you ask for a trim (for yourself) and get way too much hair cut off. Well, she was making sure I knew what I was asking for for my pup as well, so that I wasn't shocked when she did what I thought I wanted and picked her up a little while later. My pup can be nervous and get anxious but Amanda was able to handle her and groom her so that she was looking amazing with her new cut, and smelling even better when I arrived to pick her up! I'd definitely recommend this place to any dog owner, and you can tell that Amanda is passionate about her work and A TRUE ANIMAL LOVER!!! Your pup will be in such great hands and you'll be thrilled with the experience and how soft your fur baby is when you get back to pick up your pup! Did I mention how great Bailey smelled when I picked her up? She was almost as soft and fluffy as when she was a puppy, and she's now 9 (human) years old. :)

Renee takes an interest in the pets she cares for and is great with mentioning things she notices that could be important, like a beginning ear infection. The dogs look and feel wonderful when they come back from their visits with Renee. She's great And it's more than just grooming. I know I can feel comfortable leaving my pups with her.

That is not harrassment. It has taken me a while to respond because my husband has had major health issues which I also told her. He was recently hospitalized for a month. She is insensitive and nasty and she has twisted the truth. Addendum: My freedom to rate and review your lack of professionalism is NOT harassment nor is it bullying. You have violated guidelines in your response here, my privacy and that of the person I referenced to you, although you did not listen to what I said because you have the incorrect name. I am stating facts, and my extenuating circumstances had NOTHING to do with my age! Many people think I am much younger when I talk on the phone and many businesses offer senior citizen discounts. Another bone of contention with you! "Playing a Senior Citizen"??? Really? The offended feelings are mutual!!!! There were other factors that I specified that I do not wish to publicize. And yes, all I did was ASK if you could make an exception. AND you are not the only groomer that I asked this question to, however, you are the only one with the lack of professionalism. My parents brought me up that it doesn't hurt to ask. However, with you it's different than with most. Instead you become a victim and turn me into a villain. You had an appointment, and I fully agree that's none of my business. There are tactful ways of saying that you have a commitment without divulging information. If you feel judged, you own that. As I stated to you, I fully understand about "time off". I don't feel entitled. I just simply asked. You state that I was pestering you? Then maybe you shouldn't be in business. I have more important things to do than to go back and forth with you. Life is too short.
