I chose this mobile grooming service because their photos looked great. Before the appointment, I tried sending reference photos, but I was told to wait and show them to the groomer when she arrived. When she arrived, I showed her multiple reference photos and explained that I had spent months growing my Yorkie's leg furnishings back out after another groomer had accidentally cut them too short. I specifically told her I wanted the long bell-bottom legs shown in the photos. During that conversation, the groomer was distracted by her phone because she was dealing with a personal issue regarding a Sephora order. She later admitted that she had been distracted. When I pointed out that my dog's legs had been clipped short instead of left long, she was initially defensive and insisted she hadn't shaved them. After our conversation, she apologized and acknowledged that she had been distracted. The groom was completed in about 45 minutes. My dog's face was still wet when she was returned to me, and the groom looked unfinished. The long leg furnishings I had spent months growing out were gone, and they'll take many more months to grow back. The owner apologized and did not charge me, which I appreciate. However, that doesn't undo the loss of months of coat growth. If you're looking for a groomer who will closely follow detailed reference photos for a breed-specific style, this was not my experience. A full groom for my 13lb Cavapoo cost $134 dollars. This is the most I've ever paid any groomer for my dog. The package included: ear and teeth cleaning, bath, nail clip and anal glands expression. I tipped $24 dollars only to discover why my dog was limping later. My groomer was sebia- a photo of the desired cut was provided before the groom. My dogs ears were not cleaned, his paws were burned and cut, the cut was suppose to include poodle paws and this is not in resemblance to what we agreed on, and his ear was cut. Terrible experience. Never cut my dogs nails. Never called back. $230.00 The tech arrived 4 hours early which was difficult because im moving and wasn't home. Canceled my appointments and rushed home. My border collie looked great afterwards but when she came in I could hear her nails on the floor and realized she never trimmed her nails!! Ive called and left messages but never got a call back. Quoted $142.00. Border collies have a lot of hair so I assumed the pricing considered that. The worse part was my jack Russell got his nails cut, $30 bucks but shes here so I got it done. I told her he's a rescue and needed a muzzle while I held him. I had 2 services with them. First one was amazing. Second was rushed and incomplete. You are told its 90 minutes she not only moved my appt up which was fine she only took an hour and you could tell he didn't smell amazing and you could see all the hair still there very rushed. Dog was shedding the next day so I called and said I didn't want that tech again. Day of the appt that tech texted me I could tell probably trying to get me to cancel regardless. I did end up cancelling she didn't apologize and tried to start gaslighting me that she's fast and efficient. I never asked for a discount or money back and the business just really doesn't care. Appointment to groom my cat was rescheduled not once but twice. I update the address one week prior to scheduled appointment with Faith. She confirmed. Three days before my appointment she sent me a confirmation text for an appointment two hours after the confirmed time to which I declined. She scheduled me for the next day. Arrival was estimated one hour AFTER booking time only to find out, the groomer went to the previous address on file. After 30 minutes of attempting to contact Faith, she returns my call and informs me she has no groomers available in the area I live in now - only bathers and there's nothing I can do.
