I decided to go to the Maple Ridge Property Management Office to talk to a live person as opposed to leaving phone messages and e-mails that were not being answered. I met a Jasleen at the front office who was exceptional, calmed me down and assured me that my request would be fulfilled. She took it upon herself to follow up and connect with the individuals in charge; advised me to follow up with her the following day. The following day she advised me to wait extra one more day stating and assuring me that some requests have to be signed off by the board reason which could explain the delayed response. My Service request was fulfilled the next day! Thank you Jasleen for delivering an exceptional memorable experience of understanding, compassion, caring, reassurance and following through with a satisfactory solution. We need people like you in these customer facing roles. Thank you very much and keep up the great service!

ZERO professionalism, responses are "stock" and follow through is horrific. Basic property maintenance is non existent. Without boring you, for 2 years I have complained 6 times about units having tires/bathroom vanities, laundry sinks, and old satellite dishes in front or at the side of the units! ALL items are still there! 2 years later! Stock answer to my complaints "I will tell the landscapers"? (6 times I have heard this and when you attempt to escalate to higher ups he is dismissive. There is a lot more serious stuff but if they can't handle basic cleanliness that should give you a clue on how they handle everything else!

This company stole my money…read more In Toronto, you pay your first and last month rent up front. On the last month, they notified me that rent will still be pulled "accidentally" as they didn't cancel it in time, but not to worry, they will send a check out right away. Well, on the date they stated it would be deposited, it wasn't deposited. I waited a few days in good faith then called in. No answer. They wouldn't answer my calls. I had to call with a 3rd party number they didn't know, Mark answered. I said hi, its me ______. What happened? He said oh sorry, it will actually go next week. Well, it was never deposited. They don't answer my calls, or my emails. They just stole a months rent. I have filed with RT and other agencies and I will be suing in small claims court Ontario to get my money back. Don't trust this company.

(Due to the not-so-great online reviews, DASH wasn't on my initial list of places to call, BUT I called them anyway after a property manager friend from Vancouver suggested them. She hasn't been in the GTA for a few years, soo...I still called myself to chat with someone.) After following some prompts on their phone line, I found out that I couldn't even leave a voicemail!!! It said that their voicemail service was not "initiated". Ok, being a service and time-sensitive industry at that, it's really a poor sign if a potential client is unable to reach anyone! So hence my poor review. If I had left a voicemail and someone had called me back, there wouldn't be a need for this review. However, seeing how I was unable to speak to a live agent of the company, left a super bad impression of the company. Needless to say, I cannot refer this company based on being unable to reach anyone!

I also got one last night after the rat called Total Parking who by the way is Sketchy third-party Parking company who gives out tickets even tho you fallow the rules. Today I spoke to APM Jessica @ gta location who got right on it to help me resolve this issue that has happened to a lot of different residents. She was very helpful and understood where I am coming from. If you have any problems with this property she is the lady to speak to she actually listens and responds to you like your human. She made my day thank you. Never mind I'll be going home early this summer and will not be back for thanksgiving Christmas New Years or Easter no birthdays no nothing. These ppl don't care.
