They were assisted by an employee named Jorge. During the visit, they traded in their old phones and left them with him. Later, I received a bill showing charges for phones that were supposedly not returned, even though my parents had already handed them over. I called Jorge during the week (he told me he works in Selma during the week and Dinuba on Sundays). He said he could not help me over the phone and that I would have to go in person to the Dinuba store so he could look for the phones. I asked to speak with a manager, and he told me there wasn't one. I also asked if he could have a coworker check for the phones, but he said he preferred to look himself because others might not do a proper search. When Sunday arrived, I called again and explained that this issue needed to be fixed and that I would escalate to corporate if necessary. Suddenly, he was able to correct the issue in the computer right away. This left me wondering why it could not have been resolved when I first called during the week. Overall, this experience was stressful and concerning, especially because my elderly parents were involved. AVOID AVOID AVOID JORGE !!!!!

And he stayed after closing time to fix my phone, so I could have it right away. Impressive! My issue was with a Samsung S21. The screen had gone completely black. I appreciate the replacement part was made with a Samsung certified product. This store also carries phones cases, accessories, etc. We will be back AND love to support locally owned businesses!

I had been calling around to competitors like U-Tec who were quoting Brand New third-party screens from some pretty reputable screen producers for around $270. Because I wanted an Apple screen I went with RepairAll. I visited the location and dropped my tablet off, he told me if I wanted to pay an extra $30 it would be ready the next day otherwise it would be 2 days total. He ended up closing the store for a family emergency for 5 days after I dropped my device off (why would he charge me $30 more for early pick up but no discount for late pick up). After he finally re-opened the store, I went in to pick up my device and it was not ready. Because they weren't answering their phones I visited the store once in the morning to which he would say "come back later in the day". I would go back later and it wouldnt be ready. This happened for 3 days where I went to the store 2 times a day - wasting my time and my gas. After this fiasco he finally had it ready, but informed me that the device wouldn't turn on. To be fair, it hadn't been charged in a while. He ended up putting on some crappy screen that had a few different issues, but I got it to turn on after he tried up-selling me a new battery. It just needed to be charged for 30 minutes. I called in to get a better screen because this one was absolutely awful which he agreed to. I brought my iPad back in and we went back and forth for another 2 days . I FINALLY got it back with a ... Decent ... Screen. The screen has two blemishes on it, completely not worth what I paid. One near the top with a noticeable amount of dead pixels, and another blemish near the bottom where the pixels aren't the same brightness in a considerably large area. This place offers a year long warranty, but I am honestly afraid to come back here. Even if I had to pay for an entirely new screen I probably wouldn't come back here just to get the warranty. Hey man, if you're reading this - you should really be more considerate to your customers. Call/text with status updates, answer the phone, stick to your commitments, have backup plans, and lastly stop selling these crappy screens that have issues. When people get their device repaired they wanted it in like-new condition. I feel completely ripped off.

I even have one of their relay towers within 500 feet of my home, and in the beginning the service was decent. Over time, however, the connection slowed significantly. When I called customer service, they upgraded me at no extra cost, but only after I asked. I found it frustrating that they don't automatically extend available upgrades to loyal customers. Their policy seemed to be that you have to complain or ask before they offer improvements--even if your service is struggling. That didn't make sense to me from a customer service standpoint. In the past year, the issues have gotten worse. Video meetings often cut out or force me to turn off my camera because of poor connection speed. I've spent countless hours troubleshooting and calling customer support, but nothing has resolved the problem. I finally tested a new internet option and was shocked at the difference: four times the speed at half the cost. When I called to cancel Unwired, they didn't even try to keep me as a customer--they simply admitted their product wasn't the best available and let me go. My advice: Before signing up with Unwired, research other options. It doesn't take long to find better internet service at a much better price.

From the outset, the sketchy-feeling location of the immediate/surrounding area where this place is located as well as the clear lack of punctuality make the experience less than it could be. The lady at the front desk told me that the phone would be ready within 45 minutes, but she didn't call the number that I gave her at all, even 2 hours later. I came back around 1:45pm and the sign said that they were on lunch break, and that they would be back by 2pm. I had to wait until around 2:20-2:25pm for them to return. I thought that that was irksome. Additionally, for whatever reason I am currently experiencing glitches when I am typing on my iPhone keyboard. This did not seem to happen whatsoever before I got my screen replaced. I am going to ask for another replaced screen, and see how my phone is after that. Edit: I went back to get the screen replaced again because my keyboard wouldn't stop experiencing glitches when typing, but even with the new screen that they added on, it is still experiencing glitching. You can see this taking place in my screen recording attached to this review. The owner of this business states that they have the "best" replacement parts in the business on this Yelp page. I say that that is a vague and misleading statement. On the contrary, you are looking at a possibly inferior product here. I paid $70 for a slightly faulty screen, and I was not informed that it would be faulty in the slightest. Sure, it is a notch cheaper than Apple would've charged to do the job fully well, but what I care more about here is the fact that this company claimed that their parts were the best, which, again, I find to be a misleading statement and hence probably bad business practice. It is a shame too that many others who have received an inferior product from this company may be ignorant of the fact that it is anything other than "best", and are passing faulty information around to people like me to persuade them that they can get the "best" parts at a lesser price from here than directly from Apple. When Apple says that they have the best parts, I know that what they say is true from experience. In the opposite vein, I doubt that what this business says is true going forward because when they said that they have the best parts, I know now that what they said is misleading and potentially deceitful.
