I have an historic…read morehome is divided into two flats so the front door was locked and so was the door inside the foyer. It was nearly 90º out and thankfully John arrived within an hour of my call. He even let me know when he was on his way and what his ETA would be. He worked quickly and diligently to unlock the front door without damaging it, despite the fact that it is nearly 100 years old! The inside door was another story! The lock had been changed before I moved in and whoever installed it did it in a non-standard manner. John had the expertise and patience to get the lock open and it was impressive to watch him try different methods. He actually re-installed the lock properly without my even asking. Top-notch service!
