I have never had a issue with zTrip. Drivers call me letting me know they're on the way and how long before they will pick me up. Every driver has been kind and easy to talk to. They unlike Lyft find my address with no issues. Lyft continued sending drivers to a nonexistent location and when I'd try to explain to drivers it always ended up in a argument and their driver's were nothing but rude from the start. That's why I switched to zTrip and I'll stay with zTrip. I don't believe all those others reviews from people I've been using zTrip for months now daily and nothing like those other reviews has happened. Everything. I've been left for hours and 1 time OVERNIGHT. There are maybe 1 to 2 drivers that work after 5pm If you need to go to the hospital or want a sober driver you are out of luck. They provide a service for disabled people but, treat them worse. Even though they have a Medicaid contract.. They don't allow them to schedule rides until 1 hour after drop off. On March 4th,2026 I contacted Z-Trip Cab Company and spoke with there AI Phone Service, I requested a Cab to pick me up at Walmart on East Washington Street Indianapolis Indiana. After about 25 minutes no Cab showed up, I then called again the live representative said that the Can picked me up at Walmart, I said that's funny I'm still here waiting on the cab it's raining outside I'm 67 years old handicapped Where's my cab ? He said you want to speak to my supervisor I said yes no one came on the phone then a cab driver for Z-Trip contacted me that he was on his way 45 minutes later I was finally picked up this is ridiculous me and dropped off at my home address The charge was $28 little pricey I ended up giving the driver $25, I will never request another cab from Z-Trip this is a horrible company very disrespectful especially to senior citizens I would never recommend this cab service from now on I take Uber or Lyft. Wish I could give zero. I had drivers call me saying they weee at the airport. I'm like "okay". They say in response "I cannot give you a ride". I waited 45 minutes for a ride that was said to take 10 minutes.i went thru 4 drivers each cancelling on me when a driver randomly showed up.more horrible than I can describe in words. I went for an interview just to gathering information, they herd you in like cattle into a tiny room with over 20 people, the lady that walked in the first thing that came out of her mouth. (Said the person that was supposed to give you, your presentation, decided to go on vacation at the last minute) so I'm going to try my best to give the presentation. (Why would you even bother saying that just do your job.) This business of leasing a vehicle from them would be more expensive then earning a paycheck. Don't get me wrong, I'm no fan of Uber and Lyft, but as bad as some of the drivers are, I don't think they come close to the sheer terror and recklessness caused by some of ztrip's drivers. ZTRIP, i hate you! you pick up my ride request's through my insurance and then completely ruin things by either being extremely late, not showing up, or playing dumb when they F up. Theyre so busy being greedy that they cant keep up and the patient has to suffer. I have to go almost a week without a very important medicine because of the ineptitude of your staff. Wish I could you another zero. I complained to the public transportation department in Indy that this company stood me up. I demanded to hear back from them. They never got back to me so I made another complaint. Apparently, the owner of this crap company got a call from one of the investigators that I wasn't going away. The owner called me and promised me a free ride to the airport the next time I came to Indy on July 11-13. I contacted her to make sure she was ready to give me a ride to the airport on July 13. Shockingly, she never responded. Assuming that she was jerking me off when she said she'd give me a free ride, when I got to my hotel from the airport, I asked the nice cab driver for his card. I texted her and I'm still waiting for her to respond. Hell will freeze over before she calls. I called the nice cab driver from day 1 and he remembered me and said he'd be happy to pick me up at my hotel and take me to the airport. Screw you ztrip. So glad I reported you to ICE suspecting that you don't pick up passengers but you run drugs and traffick human beings. Makes sense why people who live here have never seen your cars on the road. I hope you get screwed over by ICE. You promised me a ride and you fucked that up again. Going to report you to the public transportation department once again. You do not get a chance to speak with a real person. Booked our taxi the night before. Received confirmation via text and phone. No taxi at scheduled time. I called and automated voice says they are still looking for a driver. It's now 20 minutes past our scheduled time. I prefer taxis to uber or lyft. I would rate zero if I could. Automated service is flawed as they don't ask where exactly they will pick you up and seemingly no way to speak to an actual person. Received a text message with confirmation of ride, link to track ride didn't work. I called back on the # associated with the text and spoke to a real person. We were advised the ride would be here in 12 minutes....20 minutes later we call back because ride not here, to be told that the driver will be there in 10 minutes. That math doesn't work for me. I gave them a few chances but I have consistantly had issues. Drivers are hours early or hours late. The final straw was when I got stranded in the hot sun waiting outside for a driver that never came. I had to have family come rescue me after they got off work. They shouldnt even be allowed to pick up drives outside their service area but the medical transport company my insurance uses lets them. Im disabled and medically frail. If they cant have timley and Competent drivers they have no bussiness transporting the people who rely on transport to get needed treatments to manage thier disability or illness. read more

We had appointment went to it and called for our will call to return home waited 4 hours clinic closed so I had to take her outside and she was freezing her oxygen ran. Never did a cab come still after 6 hours still no cab so my cousin came we had to left her put a van lay her down smas her up because she can't walk she has to be in wheelchair. On Sunday we scheduled a pickup for transportation to the airport for a Monday morning flight. Two phone calls and 45 minutes later and they are still not able to dispatch a cab.
