I paid $250, plus a $50 tip, to have her taken less than an hour from her house then. That's ridiculous. She was dropped off outside Indianapolis airport where she got an Uber for only $120 and she's still two hours from the airport. Such a disappointment. I spoke with Dean on Monday and everything seemed so perfect and I was willing to pay that amount. Now i know it was obviously too good to be true.

I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. I tipped him $10 at the end because I felt bad that he had a short ride ($15.00) when obviously he wanted a longer fare. I should not have rewarded his behavior. I think this company should help this young man find something else to do work wise because he is hurting your business. I wish I had gotten a cab number and his name. This rudeness is why Uber and Lyft are catching on in cities.
