They have a lot of drink options and take good care of you making sure you always have a drink if you want one. My friend had an appointment on Sunday, but I didn't make one, so I did have to wait for 45 minutes. But they let me sit next to her in the pedicure chair while I waited. Diane took great care of me and it was truly the best pedicure I've ever had. I can see why my friend has been a client of hers for so long. I've already decided to become her regular. My friend is big on design nails so she makes her appointments with Sky. I decided to try designs and had my nails done by Simon! He was amazing. I've already been complimented so many times on my nails that he did and I haven't even had them done for a week. I'm obsessed. This is definitely worth driving a little further than my previous place to be so happy with my nails. I also feel like they are very reasonably priced for the quality of work they do! The customer service was great and the place is beautifully decorated. We filled out the form and were taken to the room to get ready for our massages. I opted not to let them step on my back, however my husband did and did cupping as well. Out of all the massages we gotten in the U.S. and out of the country, this was the best we have ever had! We both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It was exactly what we needed after our long drive. Will definitely come here as often as we can. This would have been fine however we checked in five minutes before our appointment time and waited 20 minutes past it before we were seated. Which I don't mind waiting, but I should not be inconvenienced because the service requested was minimal. The manager is going to ruin this place. If he's not being rude, he's rushing the techs to finish a service that they are working on. Not sure why he's in charge. If it wasn't for the nail techs, I'd find somewhere else and I'm just at that point.

After getting a bad cut months ago, I had yet to find a stylist to overcome the damage that had been done on my hair in the back. In one cut she made my issue almost non-existent.
