Definitely! It is as good as it gets! Lucas came out and refined our 2 desktops and really worked them both over cleaning them up. Finally! Excellent service is provided upon which one can rely to be knowledgeable and who knows their stuff! I would rate them higher than the 5 stars provided if they were available! Thank you, Lucas! We called Lucas of Zum to work on both home and business computers. He did a super job on both. He fixed the home computer right away. The business computer had an intermittent problem, so he ran checks on it then showed us what do do if the problem returned. So helpful. We highly recommend! read more

After getting a screen replacement from here, I got my computer back with a dirty screen and had to have them open it back up and clean it. When I did get it back, the hinge was stiffer than it was before, and eventually the hinge ended up breaking the back case of my laptop. When I opened up the computer to epoxy the broken piece back in, several of the screws involved with disassembly were either stripped or missing. The anchor for the hinge that broke was not secured to the internal board, the support bracket on the screen was broken in half. Overall, there was more damage to my computer after sending it here than before. I wouldn't trust a repair from this place again. read more

Lucas picked up my computer the same day I called and it was ready the next morning. My computer now works better than when it was new. He also fixed my wife's computer and we are very happy with his service. I wouldn't call anyone else. read more

Lucas was on time at "every" appointment and had my computer for no longer then the window he gave. I have a top of the line Cyberpower custom made computer and Lucas replaced the hard drive and it's working like a brand new computer again!!! His pricing is more then reasonable and you won't be able to find a more competent all around computer tech!!! These guys are fantastic! I had an out of state friend build me a computer. But I started having hardware issues that I needed local help with. Lucas came to my home diagnosed the problem and even told us what we needed to do to fix it on our own to save us money. Unfortunately the new hardware was defective upon delivery. Frustrated I asked Lucas to pick it up and take it with him. He had it back to me in no time, working better than when I first got it. He is very personable. I felt comfortable having him in my home and being able to discuss options with him instead of just being told what to do. And he is incredibly affordable. I highly recommend Zum for all onsite computer work. I sent emails to two onsite computer services on Jul 4 2016. I have not heard from one (3days later). Zum replied the next morning. The same afternoon all my problems were fixed. The work was done quickly. I have 1 desktop and 4 laptops with 5 different operating systems. I teach how to use computers (1-on-1). My problem was connecting to my wireless router and my network hard drive among other problems. A new problem since Windows 10 tried to install on my Windows 7. I was pleased of the reasonable price. I made a call to Zum because my computer was not working and I really needed help. I googled and called few different places but Lucas called me back, very kind voice and was able to come up to the home office and pick up my computer. He needed to keep it a few days but when he brought it back, it was better then new! I really recommended his services. Lucas did a fantastic job of bringing my desktop and laptop computers back from the dreaded "blue screen of death" AND was able to save and restore all my files as well! Both computers needed a complete reinstall of Window 10 and now run faster than when they were both new.
