Several people who have had problems with other contractors in the past told us we should replace the siding because paint would not stick. The owner Rod is very knowledgeable about paint chemistry and assured us he could do the work. The surface preparation, primer and coatings he chose worked very well and we have had no problems with peeling or delamination, even with annual pressure washing. Since then, we have hired Airway for all our painting needs including complete interior repainting of walls, doors, trim and cabinets. Rod was very helpful in suggesting color schemes and sheens. The products and coating systems he chose for us are durable and easy to clean without scratching. In addition to quality work, Airway paid close attention to cleanliness and protection of our floors and furnishings. We never had any of the problems that friends have complained about with other painting contractors in the area.

Painting job was good, but getting there was a disaster. Signed the contract in April, was told it…read morewould be done in mid-May, but just finally finished today (9/25/23). So many times they said they would be here, but didn't show up and didn't contact me with a reason. They only worked partial days (usually 4 hours) which prolonged the project. My whole summer was screwed up working around their chance of showing up. If you don't mind frustration, aggravation, and being kept in the dark, give them a shot. Here's additional info: Josh's quote included 2 coats of paint. Josh does not include painting windows in his quotes, which surprised me because all my previous painters did include windows. But Josh did agree afterwards to do them. During the project there were times it became a concern to me that they really weren't planning on doing that 2nd coat. After Josh's last visit 2 weeks ago, I agreed to pay a partial payment (bad idea). They requested an amount higher than I wanted, but agreed to it. After that payment and my down payment in April, it amounted to 83% of the total. So Josh showed up yesterday at 2:30 (typical late arrival time) and there were still surfaces that needed their 1st coat, as well as the windows and of course the 2nd coat. I confronted Josh for being rough with his ladder on my metal roof. Then an argument ensued about the project in general. Then Josh threatened to walk off the job, but changed his mind when I threatened legal action. Josh finished the areas that still needed their 1st coat, but I got left with the windows and of course the 2nd coat. The money that I got to keep does not add up to all the paint cost and labor cost it would take to do that work. So I got screwed by Josh. Keep all this in mind before you go with MPHS.

The maple was hanging over my entire garage (and power lines) and part of the house roof and there was no damage. Saved me cut sections at sizes I requested, chipped all the rest and left the chips at my request. Cleaned up the yard thoroughly. They were polite and asked questions if they had concerns. I can't say enough how pleased I am that they did above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this service. Brendyn even put small piles of wood chips around the house so I didn't have to haul several wheelbarrows by myself.
