I went to the store twice, once to buy, second to pick up after alterations. During my first visit they were out of dress shirts that would fit me well. I was told they would have them in when I returned to pick up my suits, and most importantly they would honor the sale price that they were having. When I returned, Teigan, the same salesman as the first time who had promised me the sales price, refused to honor it and insisted that he never promised me that price. If it weren't for the selection it would have been a one star review.

JCPenney continues to retool its image and is attempting to focus more on house brands / private labels.
