The only other costumer in the store was receiving stellar customer service - attention, praise and enthusiasm - from all three store employees. I was there for over 30 minutes. During that time, I was essentially left to my own devices to search out and try on clothing options. I received no assistance unless I asked a specific question. I felt disregarded. I did eventually find a blouse and jacket that I really liked. However, I did have to pause and give serious consideration as to whether I wanted to spend my money where I was clearly not appreciated as a customer. I decided to go ahead with my $200 purchase, but did not feel at all good about it. What was intended to be a fun shopping experience ended as a disappointment.
