Anyway Shane Olson saw my request and reached out within an hour. He could come over, check it out and give me an estimate. He is so knowledgeable and thorough. His estimate was fair but not cheap. He power washed the deck, sanded it, and did other prep work to make sure it would like brand new. He matched the color of stain required by the HOA but it is higher quality. I paid half the price upfront and the rest when he finished. He worked every day of that horribly hot week before the 4th of July. The deck is beautiful!! His work caught the eye of several of my neighbors who approached him about doing their decks. I cannot say enough good things about Shane's professionalism, hard work, attention to detail and his dedication to making the whole experience easy. He also paints interiors. Insurance fought me tooth and nail trying to insist that I didn't have hail damage and Eddie really went to bat for me. He came back a second time to take additional pictures and a third time to be here when a second insurance adjuster was sent to my house. Megan, with whom the majority of my communication was with, is absolutely fantastic to work with. She would reply to all of my emails almost immediately, regardless of how late in the night I sent them or if it was a weekend. She thoroughly answered all of my questions (which there was a never ending list of as a first time homeowner going through this process). She was way more helpful than my insurance agent with supporting and navigating me through the process. At the end I was also given a $1000 off "coupon" to cover my insurance co-pay so that my roof replacement was entirely FREE. They did a great job replacing my roof and gutters and they cleaned up after themselves so well that I couldn't tell anyone had even been at my house. I truly couldn't have asked for more. This is a good, honest company who takes pride in doing great work. Thanks again for everything, Eddie and Megan!!! He's super friendly, prompt, has great communication before, during, and after the work is complete, works with alacrity, and perhaps best of all, he's super honest about what he can do. He's not an expert at everything, but he doesn't pretend to be, either, and he will tell you right up front if you would be better served with someone else's services, and in those cases he knows who to recommend, and those recommendations have all been super high-quality as well. 10/10 would recommend, and if I could add more stars I would.

They waived the gas detector around for 5 minutes and nothing. So while I had them, I asked for a quote for a tankless water heater to kill two birds and never got that. The BILL was $331!!!!!! I could have bought several gas detectors for that price. Not only that, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them several times (once on 12/24/25 and then again on 2/12/26) to verify they coded the bill right and they refused to return my call and just started jacking on service charges to the bills. I will never use this company again. Beware.

TCI is now my "go to" for all things irrigation!…read more I had some egress windows installed and in the process, that company damaged the main valve for my sprinkler system. The crappy thing is, I had to find this out on my own. The guys shut off the valve. Then never turned it back on. So when I went to turn it on, it flooded the valve box. Called that company and they advised it could've cracked due to another cause (but that's another review for later) getting no help from the egress contractor, I called TCI, they were busy, but said they could get out in two days, they were courteous, accommodating, did quality work, for a reasonable price. They were on time, diagnosed the issue straight away and completed the job quickly (2 hours) I got the bill about a month later. Very reasonable!! Would highly recommend!
