OKAY, here's the problem. This place is good, BUT we just have a few problems. . . . When I first got there, it was close to closing time, and still super packed (good sign right?) This was my first time ever trying his place out, and I only came across town for the "Hot Cheeto elote" I mean HELLO why even come unless you're going to get that! Ok, so, Strike #1: NO PRICES. I thought it was fucking odd being in a place that doesn't offer menus, or tell you ANY kind of pricing. What am I supposed to do, guess how much my total is going to be? Strike #2: The cashier didn't know English well *sigh* I asked her for an elote on the Cobb. She said "we all out. No more corn in cup, only on cobb" I said yes that's fine, because that's the kind I want, the hot Cheeto corn on a stick! lol. . About 5 mins later she said my order is ready . . . Out comes the corn in a cup. Lord, I just couldn't. I didn't have it in me to be rude, so I just went with the program lol Strike #3: Pricing and taste. I paid 4.50, aaaaaaaand I don't know if it was worth almost 5.00$. The corn was DRY AS HELL. I noticed this woman before me asked if they can leave some of the water in the cup. I thought to myself "how odd, why would she request that??" HELL, now I know exactly why! LOL I originally thought that honestly the hot Cheeto elote was an original type of corn (you know, the way the corn man makes it) just with some added hot Cheetos dust. It was actually WAY different. For the price you pay, i don't think you are getting something worth that price. HOWEVER, I do want to try this place again. Whenever I spend time in California, I am hesitant to return to Las Vegas. I stop all along the way attempting to delay the inevitable return home. That's how I ended up stopping in Victorville to try Zury's. The stop was a welcome rest for my legs and provided a tasty snack for my belly. I tried the fresh cut mango cup. The cup's rim is covered in chamoy (a delicious concoction of plum and spices) and the mango is drizzled with a runnier chamoy/hot sauce blend. All that flavor will sure wake up your senses when you have a long drive ahead. My companion tried the chilimango, which she let me sample. They start off with mango raspado (think granita or a grainier icee texture) and add mango chunks, chamoy, and tamarind candy as a topper. It is quite tasty, but I preferred my fresh mango. Overall, decent snacks, great prices, and friendly staff. Next time I find myself driving back to Vegas I'll be dropping by to try something else. read more

We haven't been there in years. It used to be a frozen yogurt place that we absolutely loved. Needless to say this will be the first and last time we will be going here. My daughter ordered a tamarindo raspado which was disgusting and has chunks of something that was not tamarindo, and had a rotten taste. We ordered more item that are not as bad. The customer service was the disappointing issue we had here. The counters were already dirty looking and I hadn't noticed that my 10 year old daughter put her arm on the counter, and the male employee rudely snapped and told her to get away from the counter, and stop leaning on it. I understand it is for Covid reasons and would not have minded if he would have asked ME to ask my daughter to back away. We came in cause we were craving esquite with hot Cheeto powder. What we got was a huge cup of dry ass corn kernels and hot Cheeto dust. The whole point of the esquite is to be full of mayo, and butter and quest fresco, and corn and all kinds of goodness that just makes you feel warm inside. Makes you feel like you did when you were a kid chasing the elote man. All this place did was make me feel that paying more doesn't necessarily mean it's worth it. The guy helping us seem like he was new and was asking a lady in the back for information and she was super annoyed since We walked in and once we order we asked if we can make a quick switch even before we had gotten our stuff and she seemed very annoyed. Fun drinks that were really delicious, but no place to sit! We decided to stop by after a day of thrift store shopping and almost left because there was no way I was going to sit in my car, and the drinks aren't exactly drive-able fare. But the kids have been wanting to try it, so we basically stood around and shared the only two talk stools in the place. If you live nearby, don't mind hanging out in the parking lot, or just get drinks for your passengers, definitely try it out. They were very busy but the drinks came out fast and were perfectly made. It's usually a hit or miss with this place. If no one else is in there, you're guaranteed to wait a good 8-10 mins before they give you your items. However, when there's big groups, the take a long time preparing them. It's not a welcoming place here either. They aren't kind and frankly, are rude. The food here like the Zury Smoothie, fresas con crema, and jugos naturales tend to be good but there's moments where I would rather choose to go to La Michoacana but it is too far. On 2 different occasions I've come here before 7 pm which is supposedly the closing time. They close early each time sometimes more than 30 minutes before 7. This time they're inside and see is at door and completely ignored us. Poor poor customer service. Well after loving them for years the time has come to take our business elsewhere! The quality has continued to decline and this month was the last straw ! The Raspados/Obispos have been very dry and we had to ask for more syrup ( when you tried to drink nothing would come out of straw) so when we asked for more syrup , he was annoyed , rolled his eyes and reluctantly put more syrup in 1 drink although all of them were dry and we told him . I thought he would blow a gasket when we asked for both drinks ! We didn't want more add ins just what it came with ! I'm not going to pay 7.00 for ice ? Seriously? This was done quietly and respectfully as we were only ones in the place. So as an act of good faith we decided to try it again , no harm ! We'll obviously he was acting out , not only was he not friendly, (rude) but he instructed the young lady in back to give extra extra lechera / in drinks to the point of them being gross! Well I guess he profited in this and we lost as they were undrinkable and we literally had to throw them away! Simply gross ! You want to make the drinks so bad they are undrinkable ? Shame on you and your business ! Me and my husband ordered churros con Clamato, and omg so nasty!!! The Clamato tasted like watered down Clamato! Idk if they water it down on purpose but it was disgusting we didn't even eat them. This place is amazing. Very delicious and totally worth it. My all time favorite is the fruti zury. Also the bionicos and the zury smoothie is absolutely enticing and mouth watering. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I recently tried their crazy Elotes with the hot Cheetos and takis flavor, it's bomb. I was very impressed I love everything about this place. I guarantee you will not be disappointed, you will want to keep going. This place has innovated the raspados to the next level. They have a unique original organic flavor. Their pictures of there food and drinks looked really good and so i decided to go today to get an elote. The workers were not welcoming at all. The guy who took my order had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was up to order and he walks away to go talk to the girls (which are employees there) started laughing joking. I was a little annoyed by that he could of took my order first. So i place my order and he trys to correct what im saying which he was being rude about and has a b*tchy attitude. No where on their menu or pictures of elotes to they have names on them therefore i just asked for a corn and the topping i wanted. When i got my corn it was cold.
