we are so extremely grateful and happy about our order we made from DD, did not disappoint with the generous amount of boba and the flavoring of love in our drinks. Nothing was watered down and on point thank you!

We happened to visit during their "soft opening" and glad we did. There was a lot of staff and you can tell they were training. They were all very kind and excited to be there. We both tried the tiramisu coffee with boba, it was perfect. You know it'll be good when the boba is perfectly chewy. Can't wait to stop by next time I am in town and try the mouth watering macaroons. Congratulations on the opening!

Outdoor: ample parking, Kohl's/Walmart shopping center (catty-cornered from mall) Indoor: clean, several tables, one bathroom. Friendly staff. Even when busy, our orders get filled fast. We've never had issues with our orders but today, there was a small mix up. We ordered #8 (as of 12/26/2023 - strawberry smoothie) from the "Top 20" list but it rang up as a strawberry matcha milk tea. It was partly our mistake for not to double checking the POS screen. I'm thinking the list was updated but the system/register wasn't sync to the top 20 list? Advice: order by name and/or confirm the onscreen order. Not a big deal. The texture of the boba is always cooked properly - not too chewy/hard. The crystal boba is good too. The milk tea has a tad too much milk. Personal preference, again, no big deal. Recommend.

Hands down the best boba place in the high desert! They have a huge variety of boba drinks and much more. The establishment is always clean and the decor is super cute. I love that you are able to choose your sweetness levels. I was able to master my absolute favorite Thai tea drink. I have it saved and ready to go on my mobile app. Their service is so fast. Oh...their boba is so good and soft, not like other places that are super stiff. This place is amazing!!

I absolutely love boba time!! I'm so happy they made one in the HD because I used to drive down to the one at Haven City Market. My all time favorite boba spot!! I just went 2/25 and it was packed!! The staff are always super fast and amazing customer service. The location is very cute and clean. Plenty of parking. 10/10 would recommend.

Out of boba and the bathrooms closed an hour early than closing. So I went to Wendy's next door.

I visited this establishment today, as my family and I do quite regularly, to order three drinks…read more We typically order between two and four drinks, and we consistently add boba to each one. Unfortunately, today's experience fell well below the level of service and attention to detail I have come to expect from this establishment. While placing my order, the younger employee repeatedly asked me to repeat myself. I specifically requested boba in all three drinks. One of the drinks was a Thai tea, for which I also requested no ice because I intended to refrigerate it and enjoy it later. Given the difficulty communicating my order, I chose not to leave a tip today, despite regularly leaving a 15% tip for the service I receive. Before my order was completed, I noticed that a customer who ordered after me received his three drinks before mine. At that point, the employee looked at me and then appeared to only be beginning the third drink of my order. When I finally received my drinks, only one--the chamango--had been prepared as requested. The mango-pineapple smoothie was missing the requested boba, although thankfully I was not charged for it. The Thai tea did have boba and no ice as requested; however, it was noticeably underfilled compared with the other drinks and was not satisfactory. I therefore respectfully requested a refund for that drink. The older Asian woman who appeared to be overseeing the establishment seemed surprised by my request. I calmly explained what was incorrect and why I was dissatisfied with that Thai tea drink. Unfortunately, rather than acknowledging the mistake, apologizing, and offering a simple resolution, she remained silent and unapologetic. That response was particularly disappointing because I would expect someone in a management or leadership position to take ownership when an order is not fulfilled correctly. I work in customer service myself, and I understand how important communication, attention to detail, accountability, and professionalism are. If I or one of my employees makes a mistake, I believe the appropriate response is to acknowledge it, apologize, and promptly make it right. Customers should receive exactly what they ordered--not a partial fulfillment of their order. I am posting this primarily as constructive feedback and, hopefully, as an opportunity for management to use this experience for future training. Every customer should receive the same level of respect, courtesy, and attention regardless of whether they choose to leave a tip. There should never be any form of retaliation, whether through the handling of an order, the order's place in line, or the quality of service provided. I will give the business account holder an opportunity to respond before deciding whether my family and I will continue bringing our business here. I sincerely hope this can be addressed professionally and constructively.

I ordered a matcha expecting the rich, smooth experience that comes with quality, whisked ceremonial matcha. Instead, I was surprised to receive something completely different. As it turns out they use a matcha teabag. It would've been helpful to know that upfront. If you're a true matcha lover looking for the real deal, this isn't it. The staff was polite, but the drink didn't meet expectations. Disappointed, especially for the price.

I am so glad this location is closer to me!…read more Organic Tea Fusion, which originally started in Apple Valley, has expanded its businesses to 3 other locations. Each with its own personalities and menu, but still great service. So, before I discuss this location (Hesperia Location) on Bear Valley Road in the parking lot of Desert Valley Hospital, do keep in mind there is one near Victor Bowling (Victorville location) and another on Main Street (another Hesperia location). Let's talk about this EXPRESS location. That's what it is: a smaller menu with the same quality ingredients and in a smaller location. It shares its space with offices associated with the hospital, so be sure to sit in Organic Fusion Tea designated areas if you choose to sit for a bit. Upon arriving, you will see a Kiosk that you may order from. You may also enter to see their menu neatly written on a chalkboard (using marker, of course) and order from the Organic Tea employees. As for the atmosphere, this place is tiny. Maybe, just maybe, you will see Desert Valley Hospital employees waiting for their drinks as you scroll through the kiosk to place your order or read the menu. Today, I tried the Lavender Milk Tea and I made my modifications on the kiosk. It was made perfectly. There are other menu items I have not seen at the Apple Valley location, so I would like to return and try them. Such menu items include Happy Tea and Elder Healer, both of which I think are good marketing items for being in the same parking lot as a hospital. Food is not served here. The location is too small and can not accommodate a kitchen. Drinks is it's priority and it's called Express for a reason: it serves up the simple, quality drinks. Highly recommend if you are on the go and need a quick, organic, Tea drink.
