First time here at It's Boba Time in Victorville. I knew we had one, but I haven't had a chance to visit until last night. I was at Kohl's and happened to see It's Boba Time adjacent to Kohl's. I had to come on over to get some drinks. It's very bright inside. Consists of some seating. It has one all gender restroom that requires a code for entry. There isn't a self-ordering kiosk, but you may scan a QR code for a contactless order. I chose to walk up to the counter and order. The young lady who took my order was pleasant and efficient. Luckily they weren't too busy so no long wait time. I got 3 drinks; 2 for my daughters and 1 for me. I usually get our drinks with no ice, but they charge extra for no ice so I got them with easy ice instead. I don't recall other It's Boba Time locations to charge extra for no ice. It must be new or it's just this location... not 100% sure. Anyway, all our drinks were delightful. It was my first time trying the Coffee Milk Tea. I thought it was slightly bitter, but then again, I'm not a coffee drinker on a regular basis. Large Peach Iced Tea + lychee jelly Large Brown Sugar Milk Tea + crystal boba Regular Coffee Milk Tea + egg pudding Now that I know they are here, I'll definitely be back to try their other drinks. Out of boba and the bathrooms closed an hour early than closing. So I went to Wendy's next door.

I wanted a Boba so bad one day, and being that for years I've gone to the Boba tea house in loma linda which is fire af it was soo hard to settle, despite that this place did not disappoint my Boba drink was good. And service was on point very polite and respectful cashiers and quick. I didnt have to wait long for my order. I also ordered the macrons and they were unfortunately disappointing. None of them had any real flavor they all tasted like sugar and I ordered 1 of each flavor strawberry, chocolate, coffee etc. Just to try it out and none of those flavors came forward the smell and color was there but none of them actually tasted like the flavors they were listed as so that's why I gave 4 stars. read more

I've honestly never been so disappointed in all the times I've ordered here . I ordered 2 large cookies and cream with light boba One came out as they always do and the second one was half blended so the top half was pure vanilla and bottom half was blended They remade it and brought it back looking great and then I realized they forgot the boba They remade it again and the 3rd time it was so so watery and barely any Oreos and put extra boba I am so frustrated it's not like these drinks cost $2-3 I gave them my feedback but definitely drove away very frustrated and sad (I'm pregnant so emotions definitely got the best of me) I hope my next experience is completely different or that you guys can make it right read more

Today I was poorly assisted and treated by Lillian S. Clearly as told her it was our first time and we wanted to take a few minutes to browse the menu and most importantly ensure what my wife and daughters were to order. She was just very un professional and lack of customer service. Body language is just as clear as words. We will never return to this location due to a very un professional employee. Very nicely decorated place. The boba is sweet and delicious. They have a lot of varieties to choose from including dairy-free milk and different types of boba (crystal, tapioca). We happened to visit during their "soft opening" and glad we did. There was a lot of staff and you can tell they were training. They were all very kind and excited to be there. We both tried the tiramisu coffee with boba, it was perfect. You know it'll be good when the boba is perfectly chewy. Outdoor: ample parking, Kohl's/Walmart shopping center (catty-cornered from mall) Indoor: clean, several tables, one bathroom. Friendly staff. Even when busy, our orders get filled fast. We've never had issues with our orders but today, there was a small mix up. We ordered #8 (as of 12/26/2023 - strawberry smoothie) from the "Top 20" list but it rang up as a strawberry matcha milk tea. It was partly our mistake for not to double checking the POS screen. I'm thinking the list was updated but the system/register wasn't sync to the top 20 list? Advice: order by name and/or confirm the onscreen order. Not a big deal. The texture of the boba is always cooked properly - not too chewy/hard. The crystal boba is good too. The milk tea has a tad too much milk. Personal preference, again, no big deal. If I can leave a 0 star I would! I came in and made an order of over 40 bucks and got told to wait outside for having a snake around my neck! I understand the no dogs allowed but it's crazy that I'm being asked to get out for having a snake who doesn't shed fur or is walking on the floor! Newly opened location! Congratulations guys! Stopped by here on the drive back home and was craving Boba. Bathrooms are clean and the shop is clean too. Got the taro slush and the tiger sugar milk tea with Boba. Taro slush tasted very creamy and not too sweet. If you love milky drinks, get this drink. Tiger sugar milk tea you can't go wrong with. Hands down the best boba place in the high desert! They have a huge variety of boba drinks and much more. The establishment is always clean and the decor is super cute. I love that you are able to choose your sweetness levels. I was able to master my absolute favorite Thai tea drink. I have it saved and ready to go on my mobile app. Their service is so fast. the drinks are very good but the last couple times ive been here ive gotten severe food poisoning, maybe the workers dont wash their hands anymore or something. the lines are also extremely long too so i reccommend ordering online and then coming in to pick up your drinks. the work ethic is also quite inefficient, theyll have one employee making an order for a family of seven that ordered ten drinks and five other employees sitting around doing nothing alternating the register. tldr, great drinks, just not sure if ill be coming back here due to the poor hygeine and even poorer employees, ill likely be more in favor of supporting other local businesses read more

Okay! So I wanted to share both the good and the bad so you understand why I am giving them the score I did! Here it goes .. if I were grading them on customer service it would be a 10 which clearly Yelp doesn't even offer, but that part was great! Justin was truly amazing. He was engaging, very knowledgeable about the products they sold, and patient while I took my time on deciding what to order and was eager to answer all the questions I had. I didn't ask , but I feel like this might be a chain, which could be another reason I don't love it. They offer macarons which were okay, but cool to offer I thought. On to the bad. They could not turn me into a fan. The tea was weak and overall the syrup sweetener was not good. I ordered a peach green tea with Boba and it just wasn't even up to typical standards! The boba themselves were not even tasty either and the price was about average too. As much as I wanted to like this place, I just don't see myself coming back. While this place is closer to me, I'm sticking with my original boba place, as this place just could not turn me into a fan. read more

I'm not sure how you could make this wrong. First timer here at this specific restaurant. The taro smoothie taste totally different from every where else I go, not in a good way. It taste like condensed milk with tons and tons of sugar but really slight of other flavor in my opinion. The texture is very liquid like rather than an Iced smoothie. This flavor is not one I'd buy again from here. Taro is my all time favorite but not here maybe other flavors I'm not sure. So tasty!! I tried boba a while ago and didn't like it but I thought I would try it again and my nephew recommended this place. We got the house milk tea with boba and are addicted now! The strawberry fruit tea is also really tasty as well as the strawberry smoothie. We have literally gone 3 days in a row since then. All of the employees that we've encountered have been super nice. Each time we've been in, it's been pretty crowded! Drinks come out pretty quick though. It is in the Kohls shopping center right next to the gym.
