It's strange in a sense, since Dr. Dedinsky prior to opening up his own practice was an understudy to my moms doctor. My mom loved her doctor and somehow knew that if Dr. Dedinsky learned from her doctor, that this doctor would be just as good. After he opened up his own medical office he started taking care of my father. I started seeing him not too long after. Since my first initial visit, the fact that he was taking very good care of my father, I realize that my mom was right about telling me to go see him. In my lifetime I have been fortunate to have had two other really good doctors. Those two are long gone and they were great in a sense that they took the time to listen to you, as does Dr. Dedinsky. I really don't know why I am writing to tell you this story, other than maybe as one gets older, one stops to realize that people come upon your life to have a positive impact on you. This doctor does what he does because of my mom's doctor. Wants to listen to you, and has concern for your well being. I have been fortunate throughout my whole life, and no one knows it more than I do. I hope that when someone walks into your life that you take that moment in time to embrace it. We all get many chances in our lifetime, hope that you will see that those chances are right in front of you. He has been a very good doctor for me.

The TPC (ThePilotCenter.com) website is really easy to navigate, and booking on their portal website Vagaro.com was simple. I was relieved to see there was plenty of availability, and could have managed a same day appointment (but I don't procrastinate when it comes to that First Class). Now what sets this office apart is their communication. Appointment confirmation when booked, a few days out I received an email and text to confirm, and the day before almost like a checklist to make sure I didn't forget any important documents (pilots love checklists). During the appointment the office visit was seamless and very efficient with little to no time wasted. Before I knew it Dr. Dykema was ready for me to head back. All of the same exam items one expects for a First Class (this time including an EKG because getting old sucks). The price is very reasonable and receipt was no problem for reimbursement from the airline. In the end, absolutely no reason to be nervous. I had a great experience, and expect you to have the same.

He is a doctor you cannot bullsh*t so I understand why he is in the line of work he is in. I was blown away by his interpersonal skills and street smarts. He seemed to treat everyone as equals and fair chances --which is rare. He is the only Doctor I've heard dismiss a co-pay fee due to a misunderstanding and the only one I've heard give medical advice in casual conversation that ended up saving a persons life. I was nervous because of not looking like I have a "disability" and I was preparing to "sell my case" essentially but it was not needed. He automatically knew my daily struggles based off the placement of my brain tumor(removal), such as having emotional over load quicker than I was use to, becoming extremely fatigued after an overload of stress, and how much I could take on before it was "too much". I would essentially be flooded with sensory overload and into shut down/extreme fatigue a couple times a day. If I tried to push through it, my nervous system would end up locking---setting me up for a seizure. So as a result of my childhood trauma, I struggle with misque, or really believing my own emotions and problems. Him understanding before I had to say anything -- was very healing. It is funny how God works, so to Dr. Cunningham, may God continue to work through him and bless him.

The only opportunity for improvement is response time for phone calls from the medical assistant. I get that it's volume and dependency on interactions with doctors, insurance and systems. It's a frustrating world we live in these days, so that's what every practice has to deal with. But I trust these people.

Sitting in my doctor's office lobby, hearing Spanish, Arabic and English spoken does not make me feel "other". It lets me know I am in the hands of Our Family Human care. Dr. Sayegh has assembled an interesting crew. He has a phlebotomist/lab person associated with the practice. I see a contract ultrasound Specialist on premises. I had a Heart Stress Test administered down the hall, plus annual EKG's He is the most electronically connected Genetal Physician I see. Records are accessed through his tablet, data entered directly into his tablet. I am pleased being a patient here. I have very few "trips out" exvept for exceptional labs or imaging. A great Medical First Base for Me.

The staff was accommodating and nice as well. If i happen to need to see a doctor for something more serious I would feel comfortable coming here! I had called a few other doctors offices before this one and couldn't even get through to anyone after holding 10 minutes. I was connected to the receptionist immediately both times I called and was seen on time, which is always good!
