On Labor Day long weekend I got a speeding ticket with points. They had some 199 dollar specials going on during the time of my case. Well Kim made sure that everything went smooth with respect to my case. Since I officially nominated them as my attorney for this case just a day before my court date (not mandatory appearance) they were able to postpone the date. I had to transfer the fees online via Paypal and got instant acknowledgment from Kim that the payments were received. Today was hearing on my case and as promised they were able reduce the points (to zero) with a penalty. As soon as hearing was done in the court, Attorney France called me on my cell and left a voicemail. He again called me back on my office phone to let me know the hearing and outcome in person to give first hand information. I am very happy that everything in my case went smooth. They are very efficient if you have any questions or clarifications. 5 stars!

Not only were there several…read moreexcuses regarding delays with no communication, but he hung up on me after asking when I could pick up my mothers Will (I'd informed him via voicemail we were going to go with another attorney so that could be why.) It doesn't help that someone (I think his paralegal) attempted to have me sign documents by telling me I could "change my mind" later... maybe he wasn't lying... could be just a misunderstanding... another lawyer however set the record straight. So now, I leave this review as a warning to anyone... I'm not saying he's chased one to many ambulances, but get a second opinion with this guy, document everything, and don't forget. Ohio is a 1 party state, meaning you can legally record your conversations with someone who you suspect is full of crap and it's fully legal. (We still don't have our documents but our new lawyer will be in touch)
