We love this place! It is such a wonderful space for babies, toddlers, and young kids. The owner and workers there really ensure that the space is well kept, clean, and organized. Their online reservation/booking system is a breeze, and they're always quick to answer the phone if we ever have any questions. We have been taking our son there since he was 10 months old. He is 15 months old now, and I feel safe allowing my son play as he wants to. I don't have to worry about his safety or eating anything small. We typically like to go on weekday mornings where there aren't many people there, but they do a great job in maintaining a safe play space even when there are plenty of other children. They have such creative and fun events too! I personally have not taken part in any, yet, but I appreciate they take the time to create fun events and memories for the kids. read more

Although my children are older now and no longer visit Zyland regularly, they still have such fond memories of spending time there as little ones during free time and rainy days. Even now, we continue to contact Zyland to book character entertainment for birthday celebrations. They also offer military discounts - we are grateful for the support! We recently hired Sonic the Hedgehog for my son's birthday party, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Communication leading up to the event was clear and seamless. While the character performer and assistant arrived about 15 minutes late without prior notification (I had to reach out for a status update), the situation was handled thoughtfully. Thankfully, the martial arts studio hosting the party graciously stayed open beyond our reserved timeframe, and the Zyland team extended their time with us to make up for the delay. They even incorporated a martial arts demonstration into the performance, which made the experience especially entertaining and memorable for the children. During the 30-minute visit, the kids danced with Sonic while bubbles filled the room, took photos, and watched Sonic break a board using his "super Sonic powers," which the children absolutely loved. We would have enjoyed a bit more enthusiasm and energy from Sonic during the dancing portions, but overall the kids had an amazing time and left smiling and excited. read more

Hosted my son's 1st birthday at ZyLand this past weekend. Our kids had a blast!! Always clean and well kept equipment for our toddlers to run crazy! We added on a character visit and that topped it off. SpongeBob showed up and took photos with the kids. The music playlist kept our party vibing! ANDDD they turned on the Saturday football games for the Dads to sit back and enjoy the party too! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Hands down the best indoor play place in Concord! From the moment we walked in, the staff completely blew us away -- so kind, so helpful, and incredibly informative. You can tell they genuinely care about both the kids and the parents, which makes such a difference. The space itself is a dream. There are so many thoughtfully designed rooms, perfect for every stage -- from tiny infants all the way up to about age 6 or 7. Every area is engaging, clean, and set up to encourage imaginative, safe play. My child was entertained the entire time and didn't want to leave! One of my favorite touches as a parent was the calm nursing area -- quiet, comfortable, and such a blessing. And can we talk about the FREE coffee station for adults?! We had my littles birthday party at Zyland last year and everyone had a great time we extended the party 30 minutes. We rented the space and opted to add their bounce house. All the toddlers had lots of fun! Boys and girls enjoyed play stations catered to toddlers, they played on play structures, road bikes, played with play kitchens etc. I arrived late for set up and the owner helped me put out some table cloths and offered to set up our goodie bag table. It was so easy to book a play session online. it was 17 dollars for 90 minutes. you can do the waiver online before you come to save time. Check-in was so easy. take off shoes, must have socks, and use hand sanitizer. My daughter who just started walking had so much fun. She liked playing in the playhouse and with the lite bright looking toys. My husband was playing galaga or streetfighter in the other room. there is a diaper changing room and coffee for parents. We love Zyland! We have come here previously for play sessions and always book online to secure our spot. Its a easy check in and sometimes the person checking us in remembers us. Their changing room is phenomenal, they have diapers and wipes in case you forget. For adult bathroom they have slippers to wear inside! We recently had a party and they were very accommodating and listened to what we asked for! We booked the private party and XL room. We were able to come in 30 mins before our party to set up. I went here for a birthday party last year. This place was so nice and clean. They even had a nursing room stocked with any and all baby needs even though I didn't use them just the comfy chair to nurse my baby. I had such a good experience I hosted my daughter's party here in April. The staff were so friendly and made booking so easy! They were able to accommodate my indecisive idea to possibly use the party room and when I decided not to use it it was no big deal. Love this playground for my son. We went here for a birthday party and returned again when it was a rainy day outside and wanted him to be able to run around. He's about a year old but there was still a lot for him to do, even though he's not walking yet. There's a soft play area just for the littles and a separate play area for the big kids that have bikes, "roller coaster" and bigger toys. I love how there's timed periods for cleaning. fYI- you pay for 2 hours of play, which is more than enough time for my little one. Found this place online, took my son in and he absolutely loved it. It is very well set up and their is a large variety of activities. Variety of trikes and scooters. Also a cute bookshelf area with a toy fire pit and toy smores for some story time. Fast entrance process Supper easy to sign the waiver online and just pay at check in. So happy to have found this place near us for when its to cold for park day. Cleanliness 10/10 Well organized. Benches for eating and complementary coffe for the parents. Went to Zyland for the first time and had a great experience. PJ greeted us and was very kind. You can tell he takes great pride in maintaining the facility. I really enjoyed how there is a section for bigger kids and smaller kids. As someone who has kids of different age groups, this worked out great! I even enjoyed the arcade games.. which may or may not be more enjoyable for the adults since they are classics. Music was on point and ambiance was nice. Lots of attention to detail. I was so happy when Zyland opened - we definitely needed some indoor playgrounds in CC County. I drive my kids here to play and keep them entertained! My kids are at different developmental stages - one is 5 years old and the other is 1 year old and there is something for both of them to play with - dolls, building blocks, small bicycles, soft-play area, etc. etc. I appreciate that they limit the amount of people per session which gives kids more space to play and us parents more breathing room! Zyland also have great events, I recently went to their Mother's Day event and everything was so thoughtfully planned out from the food, to the photo op areas - they even had Bluey visit! I do recommend registering early because these events do often sell out! read more

The owners are the absolute best! Their son that's their mascot is the cutest boy ever. Tiffany makes sure the place is always clean and organized. We decided to buy the membership because why not. She also allows outside food brought in and you are able to add different options to your birthday package. This is located in the industrial part of Concord in a small business park area. The indoor play area is okay in size. It isn't very big, possibly on the smaller end. It is definitely smaller than the ones I've visited. I feel like how they use the space can feel very crammed together. There is a lot of activities for the children though which I do like but everything is close together. I came here for a birthday party, so the host had the entire place rented out which is nice. The facility does seemed to be well maintained and cleaned though. Some things that really stood out is that they have a nursing room and very kids friendly restroom. I LOVE that there's stepstools and even a seat reducer in the restroom. I always bring a portable seat reducer for my small children for the bathroom so I absolutely love they thought ahead about this. Also the step stool was perfect in the restroom, my 2 year old daughter was able to safely step onto it and wash her hands without any issues. There's also a small "kitchen"/sink area for drinks and to wash your hands. In the kitchenette area, there are some booth and table seating for guests. I felt this area was a little more crowded and small since it's integrated in the back with the play area. Some other places have a separate room for this but this place doesn't. The facility is essentially divided into the front and back section. The front area is for smaller little kids. The back area has a lot of fun playhouses and toys but I wish things were more spread apart. There's a small basketball hoop on the wall but it was a little close to the slide so i felt like kids can get hit with the ball. The remote control cars and bikes are all in one section but it gets crowded, wish there was more room. Overall, it was fun but felt more crammed together. read more

Zyland is the perfect place for an indoor play date! We came here for the first time the other day with two toddlers and two babies. There are so many options for toddlers and kids to play with: roller coasters, assorted size bikes, multiple playgrounds, toys, and more! We also loved that there is also a soft play area for smaller babies to do tummy time and crawl around. There is an awesome room dedicated to nursing moms with a changing table and a fully stocked diaper station. Came here on a rainy day during the week. Signed up for a morning time slot. Practically had the place all to ourselves. A handful of kids started to trickle in but not many. My boy loved wondering around and being able to play and climb on everything. They had a lovely changing room which had wipes and diapers for parents to use. Lots of fun for little ones. The center caters to families with kids 0-6 years old. We went for the first time today with a 3 year old and 9 month old and will definitely be back. They pack a lot of activities and play equipment into the space. At the 4pm time during winter break it was busy, and there were still plenty of places for kids to play. There is something for all kids- books and comfy couches, climbing structures, slides, tricycles, and more. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like a dedicated nursing and changing room (extra diapers if you ran out!) and step stools and potty toppers in the bathroom. There's a website to sign up ahead of time & fill out a waiver, but you can also drop in during one of their 4 time slots: 10am, 12pm, 2pm, & 4pm I hope this place continues to do well.
