My French tip acrylics have uneven lines with inconsistent thickness, and my pedicure was even worse. The polish application was sloppy, the lines were uneven, and it looked rushed. I actually had to go somewhere else afterward just to have the polish on my toes changed because I was so embarrassed by how they looked. I didn't say anything while I was there because I honestly didn't notice how bad everything looked until I got home and looked closely in better lighting. Once I realized how poor the work was, I reached out to the owner privately in hopes of resolving the issue instead of immediately leaving a negative review. Unfortunately, the response was just as disappointing as the service. Rather than offering to make things right with a complimentary pedicure or a reasonable refund after I spent $150, I was offered only a $25 credit and a free French tip upgrade on a future visit. I had already explained that I had no intention of returning after this experience, so offering a credit wasn't a real solution. To make matters worse, I ended up paying another nail technician to fix the work. After spending $150 at this salon, I should not have had to spend even more money just to have my nails and toes look presentable. I gave the owner the opportunity to resolve this privately before posting this review, but the outcome showed that she did agree the work didn't meet the quality she expects so she agreed it looks bad but only wants to offer a small credit after spending so much money. It was a complete waste of money, and I won't be returning. Save yourself the money, I'm so upset about how much I spent.
