So I dropped off my boyfriend white lab coat, it had an iron stain, the owner said he could get it off and it would be ready by the end of the day. My boyfriend dad went to pick it up at he end of the day and the lab coat still had the stain! The owner apologize because the staff or him forgot to remove it. He said it would be ready by tomorrow morning...come to tomorrow morning, boyfriend picked up the lab coat and the stain was still there! He apologize and said he'll do it for free next time. We are not ever coming back here. I don't mind someone telling me they can't take it off that's fine, but to tell me you can do something and you're not able to do it twice...that's something I do not like and respect. If you would to bring normal clothes here, it should be fine, but if you want to remove stain and whatnot...I don't think it's the best place.

Then when I started to wear my clothes several had been ripped and are not wearable...this makes me very mad. What I encounter may not be the case for others. If you follow any of my reviews, you would know that I usually only yelp about the good in places that I have visited. I am very disappointed in the services that I have received at this dry cleaning place and I will never EVER come back here. I found this place while shopping at a walgreens which is next door. Since moving to Sugar Land/Fort Bend area I thought driving to Bellaire/Chinatown where I use to live to get dry cleaning done was too far of a drive so I was super excited to find this place not too far from home. My first visit here was last year in May 2014. Service was ok. Nothing spectacular that wowed me or anything, but what I needed done was done. So it was fine. Second time I came back.. my items were not there... they told me something was wrong with their equipment and it wasn't going to be done until the next day. I come back the next day, the guy who delivers the stuff from the place they ship it out to was running behind schedule so I had to wait almost 2 hours for my items to come. Of course I didn't just stay there and wait, I killed time by walking around the walgreens. Recalling back, my husband had said to look for another dry cleaning place since this place didn't seem reliable. I didn't listen... my third visit was two weeks ago. I came on a Tuesday afternoon around 3:30 pm and there was no one there. The open sign was on but the doors were locked. I see a note at the window saying "Will be back in an hour at 2:30" I'm thinking.. maybe they meant 3:30. So I waited.. for 15 to 20 minutes.. no one came so I went home. Wednesday I come back, drop off my items and was told by the clerk that my items will be ready Friday even though my ticket says Thursday because of New Years Day. Friday comes.. I show up.. my items aren't there. The same clerk told me something was wrong with their boiler and that my items will be there for sure on Saturday and that I will get a courtesy call around 3:30 pm. She also happens to remind me that they close earlier on Saturdays at 5 so I should come before then. I asked her "Are you sure you'll have it? I need my stuff by Monday" she says "Oh yeah, they definitely will be here" Saturday comes, I showed up at 4 pm since there was no courtesy call, no ones there and the lights are off. They're are closed on Sundays. Monday comes around.. I go to the dry cleaning place at noon during my lunch break and they STILL don't have my stuff. Told me that a new girl they are training decided not to show up to open the shop on Saturday so none of the stuff got dropped off. The same clerk then tells me to come back at 5:00 pm because they close at 7 pm and all their stuff should be delivered and I will get a courtesy call. My husband and I both came at 4:55 pm and surprise!! The shop had an open sign on but no one was there and the door was locked. Extremely livid, we went home. I came back again at 6 pm while on my way to run another errand and again, the open sign was on but no one was there. I called several times as well and no one answered. 7 trips in less than a week to a dry cleaning place that did not provide the services you need is absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of time. I have never encountered issues like this at any other dry cleaning places. When they tell me a date and time.. my items are on the rack and ready to go by the time I arrive for pick up. Needless to say, I am not returning and would recommend you not to try this place either. Look for a reliable place that will not tell you the same BS every time you come and actually provide the services you are looking for.. I still haven't gotten my stuff.. No one has answered or been at the place.
