If it wasn't for the friendly service, I would have gave it one star. So I dropped off my boyfriend white lab coat, it had an iron stain, the owner said he could get it off and it would be ready by the end of the day. My boyfriend dad went to pick it up at he end of the day and the lab coat still had the stain! The owner apologize because the staff or him forgot to remove it. He said it would be ready by tomorrow morning...come to tomorrow morning, boyfriend picked up the lab coat and the stain was still there! He apologize and said he'll do it for free next time. We are not ever coming back here. I don't mind someone telling me they can't take it off that's fine, but to tell me you can do something and you're not able to do it twice...that's something I do not like and respect. If you would to bring normal clothes here, it should be fine, but if you want to remove stain and whatnot...I don't think it's the best place.

Polo Tailors and Cleaners did a beautiful job removing the blood stains and steaming out the old seam lines, as well as ironing out wrinkles in the dress. Also, they charged me a reasonable price, less than I was quoted at other reputable spots. As soon as we were home from the Hill Country wedding, I came back to entrust the post-wedding cleaning to Hoa at Polo Tailors and Cleaners. The wedding day had been drizzly, and the hem and train of the dress were muddy. Hoa, who had helped me so well the first time, got out the mud stains. She also declined to charge me extra for the mud stains. I have not yet had a chance to use their services for alterations, but I was able to watch them measure another client who wanted to have a suit taken in. Hoa did an expert job of marking up his suit.

Then, I had to vacate out my closet for storage. At the same time, winter was over. I brought my jackets etc. here to get dry cleaned and put away for the summer. Then, restaurants opened in 2021. It is a mom-n-pop business. I had to knock hard to get their attention. Then, I will get bussed in. So, patience is virtue. They required all customers to pay upfront. It may take a few days to get it done. Since I was not in a big hurry, I told them a week was fine. So far so good. The parking is shared with the washteria next door and a food truck in the lot. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They then tell you that other people have the same issue but they were patient enough to wait 3WEEKS to get it done. They will not pay you for the clothes value that they ruined, only the service they charged. After coming here for years and having several issues with them like making holes on some of our items, or even leaving stains on them, they have reached the limit with this. And just FYI they kept my clothes for almost a week to "fix" the issue. After trying to pick them up twice, I decided to just take them as they are and took the money back for the service. But now I need to see to fix the items myself or once again have to buy them. DON'T come here. The owners are rude and will not help when problems like this happen. I laugh about it now, but she went as far as to call me ugly for telling her that this was too much and I find it unfair to not take responsibility for the ruined clothes. Horrible service.
