The dress was actually still wet after two weeks. I asked her to just do whatever she could do and was preparing myself for my dress never being the same. Then I went to pick it up and was greeted with a dress that looked the exact same as when I picked it up from the designer. I was ecstatic. Lynda worked a miracle with this.

I went back yesterday to pick everything up and this woman working there was the most rude, obnoxious and irritating person. I gave her the tag and she proceeded to tell me there is no jacket. They didn't break my jacket. There never was a jacket. Then she started laughing in my face and when another woman walked in to drop off her things started rolling her eyes. I asked her multiple times if she could look for my expensive Calvin Klein jacket that THEY broke and had to fix and she told me they had no idea what I was talking about that this never happened. So I was asked what they planned to do since they clearly lost my jacket at which point she yelled at me that they never lost it. I even asked her to take my number and call me after they've had a chance to look for it again and she just rolled her eyes and stared at me like I was crazy for wanting my $400 Calvin Klein coat back. I paid for the other items we dropped off and left and will never go back. It's bad enough the first damaged my coat, then they lost it and couldn't even be apologetic. I understand mistakes happen but to act like she did and completely deny it? And what an obnoxious woman. Find another dry cleaner.

They turn around our dropped off clothes after 5 pm the next day after they've been dropped off and never use too much or too little starch from what is asked. We mostly dry clean business clothes, but just last week I was taking in a comforter and sham set that had been stored in the attic for cleaning. I wasn't aware that it takes three business days for the processing of a comforter compared to our usual drop off. I was needing this cleaned for my Niece and Nephew to come stay with us and when I mentioned this they added a note to the copy of my receipt they keep. They ensured that it was ready for pick up that next day after 5 pm!

The lady took down my information (name and phone number) and handed me a ticket for pickup. For pickup, I handed her my ticket and she gave me my shirt in a protective plastic. The shirt was cleaned and pressed with no signs of the oil stains left. 1 shirt is $3.50. I always test the waters for dry cleaners with a simple white shirt - I can't wait to see what they do with my more expensive clothing. NOTE: There is a $5 minimum charge on all credit card payments. So it's better to bring cash!
