The quality at this specific location has been horrible for the past several months - wrinkled collars, weird stains from old equipment, broken/cracked/over heated ruined buttons on all my suit jackets and dress shirts, discoloring, missing buttons, pants coming unhinged, all sorts or random crap. I complained to the store manager and she tells me I'm wrong and doesn't believe me. She gets a ghetto attitude and deflects the conversation then tries to spin things around. I'm a paying customer and she acts like she's doing me a favor by just being there. I honestly feel bad for the ppl who work under her bc she does not seem like a pleasant person at all. Due to recent incidents and "conversations"with her, I will never come back to this store. Don't waste your time, there's a reason why the store has crappy ratings. The workers there are good. I had two dress shirts dry cleaned at this location and on pick up day only 1 shirt was ready, the other shirt had a button missing so they told me to come back the following day and it will be ready. I show up the next day and they stated they couldn't locate the shirt. I told them my wedding is tomorrow and I need the shirt. She told me to go buy another shirt and that they would refund me since they lost the shirt. I drop of the receipt a few days later for the new shirt I had to buy and they told me to wait two weeks and I'll receive a check in the mail. The check never showed up. I went back to the store twice to find out about the refund and they told me the same thing wait for the check in the mail. This was back in February, no refund. So disappointed in their service. No one ever followed up with me. read more

Whatever you do, DO NOT GO HERE. You will get ripped off big time. I had 4 items of clothing to get pressed, and two pants that needed to be hemmed up. The bill was $92 US DOLLARS! My family and I have been using this cleaners location for several years through the different corporate ownership. We have always had really good service and our clothes was always ready when promised and often times with new buttons as I am hell on them. We recently relocated out of state and in the rush to get everything done for the move, I completely forgot about the clothes I had brought to the cleaners. Once we arrived in Colorado, I realized my error as the clothes at the cleaners was winter clothes that would surely be useful now! I called the location on Grant Road expecting to be told, sorry your error. Much to my surprise, Arely (sp) the manager listened to my dilemma and when I asked if Tide could ship the clothes to me in Colorado he never hesitated and said he would take care of everything. Well the clothes arrived in Colorado and thanks to Arely for taking personal time to package and send the clothes to me as the return address was his personal residence. This is a stellar example of customer first, customer service that seems to be lost in today's business climate. Again, a huge thank you to Arely for going above and beyond what a normal cleaners would do to satisfy a customer. read more

New Management at this store and very rude. Doing Laundry apparently is too much work for this Manager, Blamed the employees for not wanting to do the laundry when I asked why it was not ready after I was told to come on a certain day. Apparently, this store is run by the employees and not the manager. read more

We are so grateful for Tide cleaners! My husband works for a big hospital and they provide free laundry service for our family. This is especially appreciated during the coronavirus chaos. Laundry is one less thing I have to worry about. The customer service was excellent and the employees were super friendly. Shout out to Audrey and Savannah who are Tide employees and they treated me like royalty. I appreciate you all so much! PS the clothes are extremely clean, they smelled good, they were nicely folded and packaged for me to pick up. We can't go wrong with Tide cleaners! read more

New to the area and needed a cleaner. Tide was the first place I tried. It was slightly more expensive than others I called but figured this much since you have drive-up features and delivery options. The reason they received 2 stars is because one of the shirts I asked to have lite startch came back heavily starched. Also, one of my favorite polo's came back with bleach spots on it. In other words, I'm not going back. The incredible service doesn't replace the poor performance and higher cost. read more

First time around cleaners did excellent job, very impressed so I went back a second time around only to receive this back. Highly disappointed. I did take them back to fix, but they are still discolored. Highly overpriced cleaners. Will not be returning to this place. I owe Tide Dry Cleaners a HUGE THANK YOU! My now husband and I were leaving for Mexico for our wedding two weeks ago and it was Saturday at 5:10pm and he realized he forgot to pick up all his dry cleaning that day. We called and there was no answer.... I thought on a whim I'd contact them via their website explaining the situation we were leaving the next morning to catch a plane early. We had a response within a couple hours and early the next morning we got a text with a locker code so we could pick up his clothes on our way to the airport. I'll be honest, we were upset when they bought out Men's Warehouse - but they completely came through for us and WE WILL BE CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!! And on another note, I had worn a beautiful white dress for my Bachelorette party in New Orleans and it turned completely pink from a feather boa and drinks being spilt on me. I thought the dress was a loss, but I threw it in our bag and figured I'd let them TRY! They got every single stain out. Even the drive thru attendant said she was shocked the stains came out. I dropped off two pieces for alteration on Wednesday for a holiday party for pick up on Friday. I pickEd them up on Saturday morning to find out no alterations had been done, as the lady that performed the alterations was out. No one called me to let me know that the work couldn't be done, when it was due the previous day. I had to pay a rush fee at another tailor's, and make two additional trips on a busy day already. Terrible customer service, from a place that's already over charging on their dry cleaning. Will not be going back. read more

Very impressed with the location. First off you don't even have to get out of the car lol. Immediate brownie points. Brought in a king size comforter on a Saturday and it was ready same day. The comforter I brought in is our nightly use one (white) and it was getting rather beige-ish. Well I picked it up this morning and I'm very impressed they were able to restore it to its natural color! Smells great and no longer has that "dirty" feeling to it. Unreliable employees who can not do their jobs effectively. I gave them a suit on a Thursday that needed to be ready Saturday but when I went there on Saturday to pick it up they could not find it. I sat there for 2 hours arguing with them that the suit was there but they insisted I was wrong and there was no way it could be there. Long story short it was there the whole time and they didn't have the respect to say I am sorry and take responsibility for losing it. They need to get some management in there to teach their employees how to properly engage an employee and not just pass the buck when they mess up. read more

Extremely happy! I took a coat I've had for over 10 years. Last time I wore it was in 2007. I moved and found this precious coat but it had a huge black stain and tiny black dots around it. God knows if it was stored like that or it happen tru all these years while stored away. Anyways I took it to this dry cleaners I thought to myself it would probably be overpriced because of the Tide name but maybe they were going to be good to my coat. The staff is absolutely amazing!! So friendly and helpful. I was given a very extremely good price for the removal of the stain. The sweet girl did not promise me the stain will come out 100%. But she promised me they will do their best. Well, I received a text today that my garment was ready (super fast service) I come to pick it up with my hopes very low and to my surprise the stains are completely gone! I'm so ecstatic to be able to wear my coat that holds so many dear memories and looks brand new! Thank you soooo much guys. read more
