Would not recommend! The office gives out wrong information and they do not return phone calls as they promise they will. They use a sub contractor and the communication between the two is not good. If I can give less than one star I would. The technician came to my house and fixed the dishwasher, few weeks later, i noticed the wood around the dishwasher is wet because of a leak they did. I called the office and they came to fix, but they are not reparing my wood, which will cost me thousands and they refer to my house insurance and they are not holding themselves accountable!!! I am looking forward to changing this review depending on the result of kitchenaid refrigerator repair by this firm. I called before Christmas 2022 and one week later, the technician comes and can't repair the refrigerator. I have called once a week. 1st they said the part might come January 21 of 2023 so I requested they expedite the part, and they said they had and that I should call kitchenaid myself. When I called kitchenaid, they advised that no such request had been requested. 2nd call I requested receptionist put me in communication with their parts department and it's unclear if she couldn't but what is clear is when I requested a phone # she would not give it to me. Hard to tell what's going on here except 2 weeks and 2 days later I still don't have a refrigerator that works and they have no information for me. read more

Needed fridge doors replaced. It was under warranty. This company came 4 times before finally being able to to the simple job. When they came, they charged KitchenAid for 2 people and only sent 1 and needed ME to help install the new doors. They are giving me zero compensation. I spent hours of time coordinating, letting their guy in all these times, and doing physical labor. I work full time and have 2 todders. I have contacted them and they are not taking any blame. Beyond unacceptable so I will be posting this review everywhere I can so this doesn't happen to other people. read more

Came out to my house to fix the dishwasher under repair from Maytag. Couldn't come out for 2-3 weeks and they they had ordered the wrong part. After hearing nothing from them for a couple more weeks, I called and they said the repair had been completed. i explained it had not and they had to order new parts. They said they would check and here we are 3 weeks later and the part is now on "back order". Customer service is horrible and they never call you back. if you don't call time and time again, you won't hear from them. overall, very poor service read more

Poorly ran company. Customer service is rude, not knowledgeable and obnoxious. We spoke with several customer service representatives, one more clueless than the other, Irine was the worst of all the ladies we spoke to, her rude affected vocal fry makes her forget she is the one who should be providing customer service attention to the customers, she sounds like she is annoyed to be there. Customer service obviously hate their job and let the customers know! The owner/manager/supervisor isn't any better, he is also rude and cocky. Makes one wonder how come a company manages to have all of its employees share the same dismissive attitude towards the customer, although it isn't surprising considering the behavior of their boss. You can wait for weeks if you think they will get back to you as they never call back. Expect wasting many days or weeks of your precious time trying to get some information from them. Once you get some information back, expect it to be totally different from the technicians observations, also expect overpriced repair/labor budgets and long waits for parts. Their billing department is horrible as well, totally disconnected from their iwallet transactions, so expect to be charged twice and be harassed with due bills that have indeed been already charged and paid for. Keep record of everything, call logs, proof of purchase iwallet texts, record phone conversations with them as this business is very sly and will do anything to get money from you. I want to thank Chris # 123 for the prompt service in regards to our washer. Washer purchased the end of August at Lowe's and the Whirlpool went out December. Drain kept running. I was given this business from Lowe's. Chris made a special effort of picking up part which was late in coming in and working me into the schedule. I had them come out almost half a dozen times to repair a dryer belt broke they replaced it but it kept breaking they kept coming back but charging ongoing assessment fees it never was fixed they never could figure out the problem but after being charged half a dozen times for nothing just gave up read more

My dishwasher is under warranty and KitchenAid referred me here for the repair. They did not have the part that I needed, they ordered the part and that took MONTHS. Fine, it takes months, we are in a pandemic and supply chains have been disrupted. Part is finally here, they cannot bother to call me, I just receive an email and I try for DAYS to get ahold of them. Finally get ahold of them and they schedule me for a window between noon and 4p. They do not show up, their receptionists are rude, do not find answers, cut you off and basically act like they are doing me a favor by even trying to find out if the technician is coming at all. DO NOT get your repair done here, do anything in your power to find someone else. When the technician does finally I arrive, I can see he is definitely rushing and I feel horrible that he was so overbooked that he is so behind. I hope that there is consideration for his workload when scheduling his appointments, and I do feel really bad for him. The problem is at the administrative level. read more

I had a technician come out to my house which nearly took him 2 hours to diagnose the problem in the beginning he didn't know how to take apart the dryer because he said he had never work on my model I had googled the problem ahead of time and I had told him that noise coming from it and what part Could be defective after taking apart the machine three times it was finally the part that I had told him he later said he would order the part it's been one week and I haven't heard from them so I called the company and they told me that it's on back order I googled that part and it should've been here within two days. blame everything on Covid that's the only excuse I keep on getting what a horrible company. I can take apart the machine and put the part in my self but why should I spend the money when I have a warranty. read more
