I have a washer/dryer stack and I went to the Frigidaire website to find licensed repair shops and Arrow was one of them and two people on Yelp were happy. Although the reviews were about a year apart, Arrow was rated better than the other two companies listed. Salvatore came out and assessed the problem. Order the parts and came in a day later to fix not only the dryer but also the hook to the washer that had been broken too. He fixed everything in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable, much less than buying a new unit. He did mention the unit had about 5 more years...lol! I would definitely use the service again...I do have an "antique" fridge...LOL!

    What a terrible waste of time and money! The microwave in…read moreour built-in microwave/oven combo stopped working and a quick web search indicated it was the magnetron and/or capacitor. The former can be a few hundred bucks, so I bought a capacitor for $20 to avoid the repair guys making two trips. In trying to keep business local, I called the closest company that had 5 stars on yelp to fix it. Now that I look closer one of the only reviews was by someone that has 0 friends and this was the only review. That should not even be allowed, per the terms of yelp! Salvatore said they would arrive between 2-4. Two guys showed up an hour late with no phone call. They then slowly pulled out the unit and started with the cheesy sales tactics for the next 2 hours. One guy did the work (he was friendly and chatty) and the other tried to size me up the whole time, asking lots of personal questions. It was creepy; I kind of feel like we should change the locks on the house. During that two hours, they were not able to fix the problem and were barely able to assess the situation or tell me more than what I knew before they got there. They didn't have the proper equipment to test the problem and didn't even install the capacitor I bought (and can't return), but I paid the service fee. The next day the sales guy called with a quote for $576 to fix the microwave. Umm; no thanks. I doubt their ability to fix it, anyway. To make matters even worse, the oven has not worked properly since. It was working perfectly before that, and now nothing gets cooked enough. What horrible service! I would completely avoid these guys. Looks like we're going to get that double oven that my wife wants.

It was a Big job, and I must say the West Coast team did an excellent job. Communication was great throughout, and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. We had a couple of other companies provide quotes, and West Coast beat them all! They were reliable, professional, and affordable.     Uriel Blancas is the HVAC tech who did the spring maintenance re-check today and he did an…read moreexemplary job. 10/10, FIVE STARS IN ALL ASPECTS. TIMELY- Uriel called 30 min before his arrival and then, arrived at the stated time. This is particularly helpful so I can move my bunny to another room with all of his belongings. ATTENTION TO DETAIL - I saw him place a protective cloth down on the floor before he placed the ladder and tools down. I also noticed there was a bottle of cleaner with his supplies. He cleaned the inside vents as well as the compressor on the roof. He also tied off a loose wire/when checking the air handler in the ceiling. KNOWLEDGEABLE and THROROUGH - Uriel did a complete system check and then, he sat down with me to explain what was done and why. He addressed the concerns I had about some of the prior readings in terms that I could understand and shared tips that will help ensure my system runs at its most efficient. Example: A higher MERV doesn't always mean "better" and can actually restrict the airflow. He said that for my particular system I should use a MERV10 filter and change it every 3 months. He changed my filters and then, left me with two spares to use before the fall check comes. FRIENDLY - In the course of chatting with Uriel, it came up that I might benefit from having more filtered air coming into my condo. He made a recommendation for a part that would replace the standalone room air purifier I currently use. He placed this info into the after-visit summary so I can "research it and see if it fits with my needs and finances." There was zero pressure to make a purchase on the spot. And while this next item has nothing to do with the knowledge or ability of an HVAC tech, I greatly appreciate that he did NOT smell like cigarette / e-cigarette smoke or strong cologne as I have a bunny and people in my family have asthma. Thank you, Uriel, for a job well done.
