Samuel and Jonathan arrived right on time! I showed them the stuff and they got to it right away. Not only they collected the stuff, they cleaned up the dirt & residue caused by moving some of the old junk such as the broken concrete fire pit, and what have you. A few years ago, I used this company once and they gave really good customer service, were fast and very efficient. Unfortunately, today was another story. Extremely poor customer service around noon on 24 September 2018 when I called for an estimate regarding the removal of a tv. The man said that someone needed to come for an estimate! Could you believe? For a tv! After explaining it's a 22'', and I work during the day and have no time for someone to come by twice for an estimate then for a pick up, he eventually yielded and asked me the size, which gave dimensions for. In the end he gave an approximate price, but after so much hassle asking for an estimate, I don't even want to get involved with the mess that may be involved with them actually picking up the tv. Don't know if management changed or what, but I'll be using another service. read more

I had to finish cleaning out our old office when we moved, it was getting a little overwhelming, donation trucks were booking several weeks in advance and I was getting stressed. The evicted manager of my apartments trashed the place -- dumped broken toys, dog food, popcorn, partially eaten lollipops were stuck onto carpet, closet doors torn off, light fixtures torn down, furniture broken, multiple frying pans with grease left on stove, papers strewn everywhere and so much, much more. It was overwhelming. Eric and his crew arrived and they got to work. It took two days for them to remove the trash, furniture and drapes. At one point Eric used a big shovel to pick up debris on the living room floor. Additionally, Eric brought a second crew in to empty a storage container. Throughout it all he was upbeat and kept my spirits up. He explained pricing as we went along. It cost $3,696 total, plus tips, but it was worth every cent. I spent two days before I called filling two dumpsters and it didn't make a dent. Eric and his crew cleared everything out in less than two days. Samuel and Jonathan came right on schedule. The size truck they had was like the one in Chris C. 9/16 post. My stuff took up about a 6th of the truck as follows: a large solid wood oak desk (super heavy), an upright computer work station, tall back office chair, table lamp, shredder and small file cabinet. Charge $274 which I thought reasonable. They had to remove two Doors to get the desk out which they replaced perfectly. Worth every penny, would definitely use again! read more

All I can say is Eric you're the man. Used their service twice already and had Eric both times. He was not late once, called before both appointment times and arrived when he said he would. First was for our jacuzzi, they took a quick look, gave me my estimate, I approved and boom it was gone in 2 hours. They cut it up into 4 piece tossed it over my wall onto the truck, they made it look easy. Second time was just for some random furniture and junk. Keep in mind I called same day around 11am, made appointment from 2-4, Eric called me at 1130am asking to come at 1230pm and was done at 1pm. I will be using his services again when the time comes. WOW! Was totally blown away by the service from James Williams, Eric and Jonathan. We had to clean out our office of so much stuff. I was pretty stressed out but when Eric got there he told me to relax, not worry, they do this all the time, told me to take a seat and chill. I did it and was so smooth. They not only cleaned out every item quickly but also removed nails from walls and swept up. They also went above and beyond by helping me carry stuff to my car and load it as well as helping my friend. I can't recommend these guys enough! read more

When I talked to someone, I told them I needed a 2 piece sectional removed. They told me their base price was $119 per 1/8th of a load and it goes up from there. They said that is the only estimate they could give me. Meanwhile, they requested that they come a day early so I said sure. They did not come in the scheduled time so I cancelled it and went back to my 4-6pm time the next day. They showed up to my house at 8pm (they did call and tell me they were running late) and the guy on the phone told me he would give me a discount. Well when they came in they had a laminated sheet that said, sectionals $239. So I am unsure why the guy on the phone couldn't tell me that because obviously that is the price for sectionals. They then proceeded to charge me the entire amount. I told them I was told I would get a discount. They said "oh, how much?" Seriously! I'm not sure why they cannot just be upfront when it is a predetermined price. Needless to say, I will never use them again. read more

I was unable to get a ballpark quote for removal of 2 very specific items (mattress and boxspring) and was told that it has to be quoted on an individual basis by a team when they see the items. When the team arrived they told me the "standard" price to remove a mattress and boxspring! The price was much higher than I expected and had I known this in advance I would have looked at an alternate company. Why claim price must be quoted on an individual basis and then find out that it's a standard price? One of the team members told me that each district is handled differently so they can't quote online. Come on!! An online system doesn't recognize zip codes??? Need a bunch of crap hauled away without a lot of fuss and bother? These are the guys. It's a bit more than I wanted to spend, but the charge by volume and not by how hard it is hauling your junk down two flights of stairs to the truck. They do all the work. I set a 2-hour appointment window the night before online, got a call the next morning 15 minutes before earliest time to confirm and to give me a ballpark of when they'd show. They called again to let me know they were on the way about 15 mins before arrival. They give me a range of possible prices based on the junk I showed them when they showed up. I approved and the two friendly guys proceeded to do the dirty work while I sat on my couch stuffing my face and watching TV. When it was all over they informed me the cost would be the lower end of the scale they estimated. Of course I can't substantiate this, but the website claims they recycle as much as possible and handle electronic waste like TVs and computers appropriately. I'm tempted to rate them a star lower for the cost, but I don't know how they compare to other services (I'm not a bargain shopper) and the website makes it clear up front what they charge by volume. Basically they delivered exactly what they advertised and the whole experience was more painless than I ever imagined. read more

We contacted them about it and they immediately corrected the error. Not a happy experience. I reserved the time slot from 3 pm - 5 pm, but no one comes. I asked my friend to assist me, and we wasted the whole afternoon just waiting. Our apartment needs an operator to help me with the freight elevator. I also wasted their time. It's not my fault, but I only received 10% off as the compensation. Scam. I had the same bait and switch trick pulled on me-as the other reviewers. When they arrived they asked for more $$, but said it could be more than double the amount we were told. I want to thank the two guys who did a fantastic job of removing our terrible mess!!! We had an old wooden shed and lots of roof panels and other junk that needed to be removed. The truck held two other previous loads but the guys loaded up the truck to the max. Then they came back an hour later with an empty truck and finished filling up their truck with all of our junk. I had called and set up an appointment for 8/23/18. They showed up and hauled off my large furniture. I was extremely satisfied and told them to return the following day 8/24/18 to haul off the smaller items. I had to call and reschedule the appointment (this was around 9:30pm) for 8/29/18. Three guys showed up with the van on 8/28/18 in the afternoon and took an inventory and said they would be back with a bigger truck. I never saw them again. I called. I emailed. I sent texts. They were very shady and too expensive. They quoted me one thing, then completely overcharged. I could've got guys from home depot for a third the price. Then we asked them to take some carpet we had just ripped up, and they wanted to charge an ADDITIONAL $250. Crazy. Would not recommend. Do it yourself, rent a truck. Ended up costing about $600 for an hour and a half of labor. read more

We were quoted a price of $209 on the phone and after they had loaded everything into the truck, we were told the final price would be $485. Completely unacceptable. To top it off the prices sheet they showed us in person was significantly pricier than what was listed online. The guys were nice enough, but in no way is it acceptable to have a quote be significantly less than half of the final price when they only filled up 1/3 of a truck bed and actually carried away less items than we initially planned. read more

They have always removed all of the items I needed gone...being careful to get my direction about what I wanted left. I dont know if I have the right location for these guys or not BUT WE CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH!!! Brandon R, Chris D, Tye N and Miguel L! They saved Christmas for us! The nicest guys you'll ever meet. We bought a fridge from Best Buy and had a sub zero that needed to be hauled away and for a week they(Pacific Sales) kept sending the wrong people to haul away our old one or would miss the appointment or wouldnt send enought people to haul it away. Finally on Tuesday the 23rd we called this company and asked them if they could come take this for us on the 24th. We had people coming in town on Christmas and I couldnt access parts of my kitchen with my old one in the way. I wouldnt have been able to cook or have it be enjoyable. They said they would come access it and see what they could do. Mind you we live upstairs and we have a spiral staircase! These 4 guys looked at everyway possible to get it out of our house back stairs, windows, balcony and finally they decided to take it down the spiral staircase, LIKE CHAMPS!!! It is not something they do normally because its such a heavy piece but they did it and we could not be more thankful!!! TRULY THANK YOU 4!
