We were moving from a townhouse to a condo and couldn't leave anything curbside so we knew there were things we couldn't move on our own so we were told that they would come by for a free estimate and if we were satisfied with the quote, they would start hauling out right then and there... we were in a bind with time and we were okay with the price....they were very professional and hauled everything out that we wanted quickly..speaking of quick...after the initial phone call, we were scheduled a window of time..they called us a few minutes before the time to let us know they were in the parking lot..all in all, a good company to do business with.. I couldn't be happier. We called in the morning and they were able to come out that afternoon. Before his arrival Noah called to let me know of his estimated time of arrival, upon his arrival he identified himself, asked me to show him what needed to be removed and gave me an estimate with kupuna discount. I couldn't believe he accomplished all that removal on his own plus he even "broke down" the storage cabinet with ease - something we were unable to do. Response was really quick. Got an email and phone call within less than 3 hours to verify the day and time. They kept me in the loop when they'll be coming to the office. Logan and Carlos did a AWESOME job! They took out all of our junk from the office and helped us moved some desks around. All around 5 stars! Cleaning out my deceased father's apartment has proved to be a really daunting task as he was a bit of a hoarder and I have a limited amount of time and resources. Andres and Logan were amazing--friendly, fast, and very helpful. They hauled off almost a whole room of stuff for less than $600 on a Sunday at 6pm when all other local services were either closed or not picking up their phone. Update on my review. Overall, I'd give negative stars had it been possible. If I could rate teams then definitely I'd give our day two team five stars as they were everything you would hope for in our situation and more. However, day one and all other encounters with this company have been tragic. Day one, multiple estimates done with other companies and 800-got -junk remained on premises coming in with a lower bid to get the job started that day. Offer accepted and invoice sent to clients. Clearly stating all appliances and items in home to be removed in two, possibly three days as clients were only on island for a limited amount of time. I specifically asked the GM if this was the price and he stated they will not go over that as they always over estimate in order to avoid those situations. I asked several times to be clear and he confirmed. Clients state they should begin on first floor as there are important documents and valuables to be retrieved on second floor. They agree. Later, they ask if they can grab furniture upstairs. When I enter the room, one member isn't grabbing furniture but sitting through belongings in boxes hidden in closet so I remain in the room to watch closely. Trucks 3/4 full and clients are charged for full loads. Day two... night and day as you can see from my last review. They were fantastic. Day three... upset that team from day two had glowing reviews, this team is disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. We hear them throwing breakable items around the home. Shoveling things with a snow shovel out of rooms, into hallway and down the stairs, traumatizing my clients. A whole lifetime shoveled out the door with no regard to value, emotions or professionalism. One of their team members falls I'll upstairs and no way EMS can access him so we tell them to get him out of the house. I call EMS and his GM. He lost consciousness, no breathing and little to no sign of pulse. My client performs CPR 3x and keeps him breathing till EMS arrive. GM shows up over an hour later and tried to charge my clients for the full job and only half services rendered! Says under the circumstances, it would be difficult to get a crew to complete. Im sorry but one thing has nothing to do with the other and he didn't even thank my client for saving his employee's life!!! What he does is said it will cost an additional $1600 to complete. Wanting to sleep on it, we agree to discuss further the next day. We had to ask they at a minimum clear the front door so that it could be secured for the night. Clients distraught that rubbish was pouring out of the home into the driveway, GM said to make it right and personally come back to clear it out the following day. Following day arrives and we're told 2pm. Clients and I arrive at 12. 3pm and still no one. No call or anything. After calling multiple times, they finally send Gina to save the day. She successfully clears the rubbish on exterior but is instructed by GM to do nothing more. While there she is asking what can be done to make it right. We state, do the job, full job for what was contractually agreed upon. That's all. Evidently that's not what manager wanted to hear as he ducked all correspondence for days. I truly believe they were trying to wait till after clients left island to feel pressured into completing job with them. You would think for a nationally recognized company, there would be more oversight and quality provided. We've since hired another company that not only cleared everything in a timely, professional and respectful manner but also cleaned at the end of the day, sweeping, vacuuming and wiping things down before leaving. read more

I made an appointment online to get an estimate to haul away some old junk. I listed the items that I wanted removed. They called to verify my appt time and items to remove. They showed up on time and explained their processes and any extra fees to be added for recycling certain items. They were professional and removed everything quickly.
