Yesterday evening we went online and had multiple time slots to reserve them to do the work the next day -- easy process, just the way it should be. This morning, they called just before their scheduled time to tell us exactly when they would arrive. Being in transition and moving is not easy. Especially when you don't have a truck, don't have enough help and you need all the crap you accumulated to be gone yesterday. I remembered looking into these guys before and I decided to try it out. I called, made a SAME day appointment and next thing you know crap was cleared! I had 3 dressers, a tv stand, tv and whole lot of trash to go. They were able to give me an estimate on the phone and when the truck came. It was pretty reasonable. There were 2 guys that came, I pointed to everything that had to go. They gave me an estimate and in less than 30 min, everything was cleared. If you are thinking of hiring them, here are my pearls of wisdom: 1. Purchase the yelp deal. You save $25! It's $75 and it will get you a $100 voucher. Pretty quick too! 2. If you have mattresses or things that require special ways to get rid of, expect a different price 3. They accept cash, check, and credit. 4. Don't be afraid to be upfront about your budget. In fact if you change your mind, just say so. I've done so before and they were cool about it. Overall, I am so relieved I gave these guys a call. They responded quickly and were efficient in hauling our large garbage. Dressers, tables even a pool table!, couches, lots of junk. The cost is pretty high they go by truck load and how much you fill it up. They do all the moving and demo for the trash to fit and take it away sweeping up the space behind. We did fill up the truck and it was worth it in the end to have it all taken in one trip. I wish it was a bit cheaper. But you pay for convenience and thats what they are a great convenience! I made my appointment for the next day and received an email confirmation. I like how you do not really need to plan that far ahead to get an appointment. Called to schedule a junk removal last week. The junk removal was set for today 7/14 between 3p-5p. I received a call at 11:00am today advising me that they will not be coming and I will need to reschedule. Apparently, since I was the last appointment for the day, the dump would be closed and they have no where to take our junk. The guy told me "I don't want you to waste your day so I'm calling to reschedule". I already wasted my day. I moved my work schedule around to have the day off to prepare my apartment for the junk removal. Unprofessional and poor excuses for a reschedule. I would not recommend this company. read more

This is my second time using this service and they are quick and efficient. I booked my appointment through Yelp and it was super simple. I got a call a day prior to confirm that someone will be contacting me 15-30 minutes prior to their arrival the next day and they did! It's rare to find people who follow up on time but their are legit! Thomas and Deikani were amazing! They were super friendly and professional. Thomas explained everything thoroughly and both got to work in an instant. We had a lot of junk to throw away and filled up the whole truck in less than 30 minutes! They even had the courtesy to sweep and do a walk through to pick up any remaining debris. This cost is pricey to throw away your "junk" but it is super convenient since I don't live near a dumping facility nor do I have a truck to transport everything.
