I used this company to remove alot of my dads bulky items such as bed, dresser, sofa, etc. The removers that showed up (Thomas and Javier) were very professional, fast, and efficient. They had a number of bulky items to remove and I was surprised at how fast they did it. The price of removal was higher then what I expected, but I needed the items to be removed already, although they did give me a option to refuse their service after they gave me a quote. I was also glad that they game me a arrival window of 8:00-10:00, and they arrived closer to the earlier time (8:30). read more

We took the opportunity to call Got-Junk to obtain information about their procedures and scheduling pickups. The female staff I spoke to was very friendly, informative and professional. When our items were ready for pickup, we called Got-Junk to schedule a day & time for staff and truck to come to our house. They assess amount of items then determine the cost to haul. If you agree with their assessment, they will load up and haul right then! We felt the cost was reasonable taking into consideration the different areas they would need to go to for various items ... TVs, Barbeque, furniture & wood scraps, etc. Alfred arrived alone, he was expecting a female person to come & help but since she didn't show, he completed the loading alone. I requested pricing for the removal of a Spinet Piano. Yesterday. Offer sounded reasonable so I booked a pick up for this morning 10/31 at 9 am. Received a call that Thomas was running early and I accepted his offer. After a quick review, he made an offer, I excepted and with minutes my piano was removed. This was my first time using your services and the world class customer service that Keanu, Alfred and Matt provided was unbelievable. They called prior to coming on site which is a courtesy EXTREMELY hard to find these days. While on site they gave an honest estimate explaining the difficulties of the job and how they were going to overcome these challenges. While working they were polite and professional with my entire family. My chilren liked them so much my son asked if he could be a Got Junk worker when he is old enough to work (he's 9 an actively working on his resume). :) They did not stop moving from the moment we said go until the job was complete. It was AMAZING! They were like well coordinated, precision instruments of efficiency. They saved me so much time and effort I am still basking in the happiness of my open yard. I had 4 big items that had to be junked out of my inherited (almost 60 year old) house...., a bed, dinner table, full size couch & wooden picnic table. Took a while for the 2 young movers to get to my place (Kaneohe) from a previous job, but Keanu keep me updated on their progress. Once they arrived and were shown the junk items, I was given an estimate (which was in the ballpark of what I had in mind) & they got right to work. The living room couch was the worst, just able to clear the door angle by inches after several tries, but they solved this riddle. I really thought it wouldn't be possible. Most of all no damage to the pathway corners. At all times both Keanu & Allexi (?) were very professional, positive & courteous. A most difficult hauling job done well. I called 1800 got junk the morning of February 19 to get help removing my Sub-Zero fridge that home Depot would not take. 1800 got junk came the same day, worked carefully to disconnect the water line and lift, what was a very heavy fridge over a counter and then out of the condo.
