Had Eddie come out from 1 800 got junk? They got all the junk out, but they left the huge mess behind. Then when I asked him about it, he got c***** about it and that's after they used my shovel and my wheelbabro. Don't use. And then shop backs the guy up I will never use them again and I've used them on 3 different occasions. The ones in Pasadena are way better. And what you're seeing the pictures is me sweeping it up. I am writing this after 3 attempts to voice my concerns about the service I received. I left a review how they did not show up at the appointed time when I first scheduled, and I planned my day around 9:00 a.m. appointment. Instead I got a call at 8:50 a.m., 10 minutes before the appointment that they would not be there at 9:00 a.m., and I can either take them at 1:00 p.m. after they take lunch or reschedule for tomorrow. Jason from the headquarters called me and left a message to call him back, I did, but he never returned my phone call. I 800 Got Junk has increasingly become my favorite company to call when I want to get rid of junk. They are inexpensive depending on what you want to get rid of, but they will negotiate a reasonable price. They're extremely professional, organized and efficient. I just moved to my current apartment and they were 100 percent for a smooth move. All I had to do was to identify the junk and they move everything out very quickly. I even got rid of my artificial Christmas tree today. They somehow made it disappear quickly, seriously. I highly recommend I Got Junk for any junk, furniture, etc.. I wish had had asked their names.
