We have been longtime customers of Integrity Home Solutions and were surprised to learn that Frank Gay had taken over their existing service contracts when we called for an electrical issue. The Frank Gay electrician advised that we needed a new/upgraded electrical panel to resolve the issues we were having with flickering lights which they installed the following day. This was an inaccurate statement as the issue was coming from the power company equipment and replacing the panel did not fix anything. What ensued over the next 2 weeks should embarass Frank Gay's leadership team at the highest levels. Their electricians had to return to my property at least 5 more times to fix the issues they created including: -the power company shutting off our power for 24 hours due to unsafe wiring -loss of food in refrigerator and freezer due to lack of power -complete loss of hot water for 3 days due to them mis-wiring the water heater -destruction of my clothes dryer due to them mis-wiring that outlet at the junction box -a failed electric inspection which delayed closure of the permit Their mid-level management and customer support teams were less than helpful, chalking up my frustrations to me being "emotional" instead of taking ownership for their mistakes. After being told multiple times that they would "take care of" the dryer they destroyed, we received an offer from them of less than 1/2 the cost we incurred to replace it. Realizing that we were getting nowhere with them directly, we had our attorney send a demand letter which they simply ignored. Based on our experience, this company should not be authorized to perform electrical services and hiring them for these services will leave you frustrated, broke, and in an unsafe environment.
