Had toilet pipe burst during the night. Thankfully we caught it early so we weren't flooded out. Called this plumber in the morning and they came out at 12:30 pm that day. They not only fixed that problem but we had them preventively "fix" the other toilets too and check each sink. They also replaced our main water valve to the house. On May 9th, 2022 I was experiencing a leaky shower handle in my guest bath. The crew came out, I was told they replaced the inner cartridge and they replaced the handle with a cheap looking handle that bared no resemblance to the handle they removed. I was advised by a house guest that the water was coming out scolding hot or cold. They were unable to control the temp. I called the office and was told that if I'd called sooner within 30 days of the repair she could understand but since it had been near 2 months since the repair it would be a regular service charge. Mind you I paid over $300 for the original repair. I explained it was the guest bath and did not know if the issue right a way. The attitude was like , Oh well. I looked up the company on the web and they boast that they've been in business 25 years so I could not believe that a company like this would only have a less than 90 day warranty if not a year warranty on their work so I emailed through the website and requested for the owner to call me. Of course I got no response via email or phone call from anyone much less the owner. Now to prevent any future guests at my residence from getting scolded with hot water I have to hire another plumbing company to come out and fix the poor job that on deck plumbing did at my residence and basically offered no resolution to their poor work will absolutely never recommend this company to anyone that I know. read more

Mike and Jose were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They really saved us from a time bind with selling our home, and were able to quickly diagnose the issue and resolve it. My husband and I were beginning to stress out as we neared the closing date and we were having issues. This company is truly the best, communicative, extremely knowledgeable, and really put us at ease. Mike really helped us by squeezing us in a short notice. I feel so relieved knowing the issue is fixed. Mike is extremely honest, we had another plumbing company come over and wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount for something that wasn't the issue. Not to mention... this previous company allegedly replaced our float switch less than a year ago and it stopped working, mike quickly diagnosed that was the issue, and after replacing it, he stay and tested it to make sure that would solve our problem and sure enough it did! When Mike installed the faucet he noticed I was left handed because he offered to change the handle around so it was convenient for me to use.
