They tell the first lie: they are taking it right in. Then I get a call about an hour later. Do I need the car at a specific time? I say, not exactly but not all day. What time are you thinking. Ohhhh, we will get back to you asap. Lie 2. That never happened. Three hours later I call. Told it will def be done in 2 hours and they will call. Lie 3. You keeping count? Call again twice two hours later. Told I will call you back in 10 mins. Lie 4. Do you think it's over? Nahhh, I only get them on the phone when they are trying to upsell me on things they have no idea about as I'm a new customer, so recommending work based on ether. Then comes the last lie of the day. Lie 5: will call. you back in 10 mins to give you a time to pick it up. Alas, not a word. I get in an uber to get to them before 5:30....so basically 8 hours for an oil change at this point. My car is outside with the few things in the passenger seat thrown onto the dashboard (water bottle, tissue box, hand sanitizer). Never got a call. Just checked out without one word of apology or one honest statement about what created the backup other than 'we've had a busy day' so apparently appointments are meaningless. Hopefully the actual car service does not align with their hideous customer service. A new low for auto repair. Just staggering lack of courtesy.

My Dodge 2500 has been running with a bad vibration indicative of drive train issue. Last camping trip ended with a puckered asshole towing my fifth wheel home. Typically a front driveshaft is the culprit. Not so. The rear driveshaft was going out. A new one (after market) was almost $1200! A rebuild was the plan. I tried a mom & pop I was referred to but couldn't get a quick turnaround. They suggested this business. They told me exactly what I needed done with a 24hr turnaround. Dropped it off in the afternoon and received a call early the next morning. When I went to pick it up, it looked like they brought me a brand new one off the shelf! Old shaft was clean and shiny with new Spicer joints equipped with serviceable grease zirks all for only $200. The old guy even loaded it for me then shook my hand. My ol' Dodge drives as smooth as when I first bought it! They also rebuild transmissions and I need one for my other truck. I definitely know where I am going. If you are in need, I recommend you do the same.
