I needed basic service on my car--oil change, emissions test, battery test. They kept it for seven days. I called to check several times and was told they were still doing the battery test. Finally, I showed up and asked to get the car. While I was waiting, I watched them drive it into the service area and the employee working the office came in and said they needed to replace the battery and were doing that, at that point, and also doing the emissions test and it would take about an hour. I can only assume if I hadn't gone in and sat there, I'd still be waiting for the service to be done.
