Today I attempted to order some suspension parts through this store as they are a retailer for HellWig which has a part I'm looking to be able to purchase locally. The employee on the phone seemed confused from the beginning, put me on a hold after i gave him a part number and successfully found the part in their system. I then asked what brand sway bar end links they could order in to go along with that since i was already ordering from them and the employee began to tell me he doesn't even know what a sway bar end link is or what i'm talking about and that they are not a parts store, they just sell lifts. My previous experience to this one; I had stopped in to have my bed cover looked at as it was binding slightly and they "specialize" in bed covers. They dismissed me from the beginning and basically told me to just buy a new one from them. My only successful experience here was purchasing running boards a few years back. 1 good experience out of 3 is quite poor.

The service was poor, I had to take it somewhere else to have the codes tested and read. After having my car tested I needed an alternator so I called this store to order one they said they had one but when I picked it up they didn't have it so I had to wait around for them to order one. When it finally came inI brought the alternator but the worker never told me it wasn't a new one it was a rebuilt alternator which i never knew they sold. I had the mechanic put this part in and it was a piece of crap! So I had to take it out of my car and return it and found out it wasn't new so I had to buy a new one and put that one in my car.
