I asked John if he could fix it and he said "NO" the top was just too badly installed. So, I went ahead and had John get me a new top and he did a wonder job of installing it. See photo. John has been doing this for many years. He is a senior gentleman and tells it like he sees it. His work is excellent; I would high recommend him it you need any upholstery work done.

He is terrible at scheduling and time management, the project took 4x longer than he thought. Tried charging me more than the original talked about price, and swore at me and talked about how horrible my car is. The man has no customer service skills or respect. The service was poor, I had to take it somewhere else to have the codes tested and read. After having my car tested I needed an alternator so I called this store to order one they said they had one but when I picked it up they didn't have it so I had to wait around for them to order one. When it finally came inI brought the alternator but the worker never told me it wasn't a new one it was a rebuilt alternator which i never knew they sold. I had the mechanic put this part in and it was a piece of crap! So I had to take it out of my car and return it and found out it wasn't new so I had to buy a new one and put that one in my car. I would not suggest this OReillys!

Getting a quote was ok but the steps after that to get it picked at the collision storage facility was a nightmare. All calls were through India, was transferred several times, could not understand most of the people and needed to constantly ask them to repeat what they said. Arranging for pickup was another nightmare. They could not give me an estimated time, even am or pm, all they do is give you an hours notice to pick up. If your car is some distance away you need to sit there all waiting for the call. It is 3:30 pm, still waiting.
