We hired 1 Degree Construction six months ago to renovate our primary bathroom and install a new tile floor and vanity in our guest bathroom - and, we still live in a construction zone with little hope of completion. Thai Gaon (the owner) informed us that the 1 Degree Construction's project manager for our renovation embezzled our funds and checked into rehab. The majority of all work that has been been completed was sub-standard and had to be redone. I hired Thai for a kitchen remodel project and I am very satisfied about the result. He did all the preparation works including patching the walls, extending the floor tiles, moving electrical outlets, installing the supports to hang the cabinets. However Thai did not make our job seem any less important than any of the other larger projects he had going on - he was available to us whenever we had questions and provided clarity every step of the way.
