The lady that did the hemming on my jeans was very nice. She was able to know exactly what I wanted by looking at the original hem and was able to do it in less than 5 minutes. The jeans were made of 18oz Japanese selvedge denim and was expensive, so I was reluctant on going to a nearby tailor thinking that they would mess it up. I told her I wanted it to be touching the ground and a little longer for shrinkage and so it would stack nicely on boots/shoes. As you can see in the picture, the hem was done beautifully (ignore the red marker, I tried to do it myself at first). Would definitively come here again as the turnaround was fast and the price was very cheap. read more

My friend recommended this location for alterations. My husband and I are going to be in my friend's wedding so I brought my bridesmaid dress thinking I needed it hemmed from the length. Jenny asked me to go back home and bring my boots to try with the boots on so she would know where to cut. When I came back she told me there was no need to cut and length was perfect with the boots on! I appreciate how Jenny was SO HONEST!!!! She didn't just try to take my money, she was simply honest. 2 days later, came back a second time, this time for my husband's vest which was too long and too wide. I went for the first time to alter my mother in laws gown for my wedding. It had a huge tear across the back from where a zipper got caught in very delicate fabric and needed a hem. The lady who works there was so kind and reassuring, saying she could fix it and wow did she! The dress looks brand new and her price was probably half of what I've seen competing alteration stores offer.
