I typically go to Rain off Branch Ave. my car was driving me crazy so I decided to stop here since I use to take my car here years ago. I got the gold package for $25, because of all the extra stuff including under carriage. What a waste of my $25!!! They cleaned my car in less than 10 minutes. That should have told me something. They vacuumed the floors well, but did a real awful job on the dash and all the spots that collect dust. How hard is it to take another 2 minutes to wipe the dashboard? It's just sad that they're charging the same amount as Rain, but do half the job. Lesson learned, stick to hand car washes! read more

I have been using this car wash for many years and always considered it the best bang for my buck because they also clean the inside of my car. The last 2 visits however, have been a little disappointing. The crew spent less time cleaning the interior and it shows. On my last visit I was the only customer so it can't be because they were very busy. I attribute it to poor work ethic on the part of the newer employees. Can't get good help these days. On the bright side, this will motivate me to go back to cleaning the car myself. read more

Purchased a platinum wash. They didn't fully dry the car and the armor all that was put on my tires wasn't wiped off after it was put on so it splashed down the sides of my car leaving streaks. I can have my whole car buffed for $100 a $30 carwash should be a better. read more

Beware!!! Three women - one handicapped stopped for gas. Booth kid the old switcheroo - said we gave him a ten instead of a twenty. Customers around us agreed with us but still the kid insisted. Manager came over. He said he'd review the tapes (no cameras in sight.). Kept us waiting until finally we decided to leave and not lose the day. This review is for the mechanic shop out back. I've been coming here for oil changes on my cars for the last 10 years. They are honest, perform great service with never a shortfall and it's usually a pretty quick turnaround. I've never waited more that 1/2 hour. Highly recommended. Also, you get a free car wash when you get your oil changed. read more

I've been going to this car wash for over 20 years and the last few times I went, I paid for interior and exterior cleaning and neither was done properly. They left mud and debris and leaves on the car. The interior was barely vacuumed and my mats were thrown back in upside down and my seats weren't put back in their proper position. The manager actually blamed me for not making sure they cleaned the outside properly! read more

Been going here for awhile. They are consistent in my book. Keep my car clean and do a good job. Very good price. Outside is $10 and in and out is around $20 or so. I have been to this gas station several times in the last two weeks and every time I have been approached by someone who looks like they are on drugs or severely disturbed asking for money, rides or attempting to sell me drugs. I understand how city life works but the black mark on this business is that they do very little to stop the harassment of people who are valuable customers. No cameras, nothing. It would take very little effort for them to contact the police to have these creeps removed. The last time the guy leaned in my open window! I am sorry but its not worth the two cent savings in gas to put my safety at risk. Go to a different station. read more

Complete bullshit! Dont waste your money here. I have just spend $30 on their "Platinum" package. And i still have the same stains on the car that I can easily scrape with my finger. The cabin could have looked better if I did it myself. Platinum package should include rust inhibtors and wax and etc bla bla bla. When the canteen truck shows up you just wasted twenty one bucks on a car wash. I paid extra for wheel and tire treatment, either they didn't do the Armor-All or they put so little on you couldn't see it. The car was dripping wet, I asked them to wipe the car down and got a rash of crap from a guy who wasn't even near my car. The crew here has no respect for the customer, (the older gentleman in front of me asked about the lack of Armor-All on his tires and was totally ignored). I paid for a full services wash that I did not get but I think they throw in the bad attitude at no charge. Will not be back. read more

Stopped here a couple of times, mainly because it is located right before the interstate. Luckily, it is right next to a Dunkin Donuts, so that is its saving grace. Fuel for my wheels and fuel for my face in the same stop! You couldn't pay me to use the car wash, and the gas pumps are snaked around in a bizzare-o line 'cuz it is so stinkin' small. If there are more then a few cars it gets ridiculous quick, fast and in a hurry. read more

Paid to have the interior cleaned, and they clearly didn't vacuum, left huge streaks on the windows, didn't clean the doors or the dash, and overall did a really haphazard job. Won't be coming here again. read more

I am always happy with the service from Finest car wash. I also get all my oil changes here. Often I can call the same day and get in for a oil change. They are good about checking my windshield wipers and along with the tire pressure and etc. A added bonus with the oil change is a free car wash that can be used at your convenince. read more

Beware and trust them with your vehicle at your own risk. Their car wash broke a wiper on my hatch! I complained right away and was promised a replacement by their manager Anthony. He said that this sort of thing "happens all the time". A week later I called about the replacement and received an "forgot about it" excuse. Anthony then promised to order a replacement the next business day and call me back. Another week later, I called Anthony, who now stated that they "have a sign at the front that absolves them of any responsibility" and hanged up the phone. On May-5, 2016 at 12.45pm I arrived for a car wash. Pulling in, I was greeted by an employee who took the car from me (apparently you cannot drive your car through there wash). I asked if there wash would leave any scratches/marks/dents on my car. I was *assured* that all will be great. [no mention of a sign at the front that states "we are not liable for damaging your car"]. The wash itself wasn't that great, there were plenty of dirty/dusty spots left. Then I noticed a missing plastic cap on the hatch wiper and a cracked arm that holds the wiper. Conclusion: crooks. read more

I have been going here for years and for good reason. They do a great job for a fair price. The entire staff is friendly and professional especially the nice woman behind the counter. What prompted me to finally write a review was the gesture of one of the men who vacuumed my car. He noticed my front mat wasn't attached to the clip. He replaced the clip and attached my mat without me asking . He casually told me and before I could get a thank you out was gone. I hope that he or maybe his boss reads this. Thank you! I'm a college student who attends a university nearby. As many people know its hard for guys to trust mechanics with their precious cars and I trust the guys who work in the auto repair shop within the car wash very well. They are much cheaper than most people too! I needed a new alternator and they charged me only 280. Thats amazing! The convience of a car wash and gas station all in the same place was just perfect. I have been going to Finest Car Wash for 28 years. I always find the staff to be helpful, and if they can't help me they get someone who can. I have had my Oil changed and vehicles serviced when needed, always satisfied. Not to long ago I was in for an oil change and they detected a more serious problem - corrosion on a hose from antifreeze. They ordered parts and an appointment was made. My SUV was repaired and is running great. I get my vehicle detailed a couple times a year and it always looks good. I gas up there as well and the prices are frequently lower than many gas stations - especially the cash price. Have been and always will be a loyal customer. read more

After a snowstorm, my car was completely covered in salt. I went to finest and couldn't believe that businesses still offered full service. The washing equipment is modern and the facility is clean.
