If I could give no stars I would. This place is so rude and lazy. I walk in around 6:15-6:20 pm to get a fill not a new set. Fills take around 30-45 min so as I walk in I notice a male employee doing a pedicure on one customer, the only customer in there. So I thought great I won't have to wait long. He asks what I needed done I said a fill, he says they don't have time. On Google it clearly says they close at 8pm as well as it is in the sign on their door. So when did they start turning away business? This place will always have a bad reputation with me and all my family and friends. Don't go here.... You won't miss anything. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON. If I could give -1 stars I would, it was a crappy experience turned far worse because of their horrible customer service. During the first few minutes of my pedicure, the nail tech was plucking minor hangnails / cuticles and without warning, essentially went fishing in my nail of my big toe and she did not acknowledge even when I repeatedly said ow and expressed pain. It genuinely hurt and immediately I started bleeding quite a bit. I wish I had a photo of the toe at this point. I was obviously concerned and felt like I should stop the pedicure for infection protection (in hindsight, a professional nail tech would have likely demanded it) but nope, and she continued to move forward even though I tried to communicate that I was in pain and worried about continuing with this much blood. The language barrier unfortunately did not help us communicate. Anyway, I could mention many more minor issues but for brevity's sake, I'll focus on the big stuff. For the exfoliation part, she used a LITERAL CHEESE GRATER and my other foot broke out into a raw rash shortly thereafter. Also, even if I didn't get a rash, my feet were far more cracked and rough after the cheese grater (no surprise). I tried to ask about some of the products and the cleanliness because I felt very unsure of the cleanliness in general, plus feeling very concerned about infection of the toe they ripped apart. I left the salon having paid in full because I was honestly in shock about the experience and didn't want to make a scene with my friend's family that I was there with. TWO HOURS LATER I went to take off the tissue they'd stuck to the bloody, swollen toe and my blood was still fresh. I used a fresh towel to dab away the blood and a bunch of the polish came right off with it -- I couldn't believe that on top of the pain, blood, and rash, the polish somehow wasn't even dry after 2+ hours. I was so frustrated, bloody, rash, and in pain and realized I should not pay $50+ dollars for a horrible so called to calmly ask for a refund. I was told to call back on Monday to speak with the manager. I called on Monday and was told the manager actually wasn't coming in that day. I called back the next day to the same message. I finally got irritated and explained the full situation and again, asked for a refund. To say it plainly: I received yelling, angry responses telling me they would not refund me even though it had been 5 days and my toe was still bloody, swollen, red, and inflamed. I never leave super negative reviews but this experience was so unprofessional, unclean, and honestly absurd that I had to share it with you so you know to AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs. read more

My daughter came home in tears. She went to have acrylic nails removed and get gels done. Her nails were so damaged that they couldn't put gel on and will take months to heal, They cut completely through the nail in places and they are all so thin and snag on everything. They even charged her full price for destroying her nails. read more

The pro's: took their time, did nail maintenance before they put gel on and after they took off my acrylics. The cons: filed my real nails down until my pinkie nail was pink, removed foot callouses too much to the point my foot was bleeding. Way too expensive. I live in LA and am used to paying less for a gel polish and pedi -- and I usually get paraffin wax also. They charged me $75.... meh read more

Concur w the previous reviewers, greeted at the door and friendly. I got a pedicure w hot towel, stones and massage and a manicure. If they have the staff they will just do both while at the pedicure seat. The bottle of water is a nice touch differentiating themselves from other nail salons I've been to here, typically that addition is reserved for the spas. They have an extensive collection of gel/shellac polishes and use liners in their pedi basins. The whole experience was very sanitary and pleasant all around. They tend to care about your comfort and check in with you too. I would come back to them again. read more

Enjoyed getting a quick pedicure here! Owners are really nice and great conversation. I previously had shellac on my nails and most places would peel the shellac off, but they took the time to drill the shellac off. Which is 10x less painful than being peeled off. The price is reasonable as well. Totally would recommend. read more

I made a last minute decision to get a gel manicure so I came in to 1 for my nails before shopping at Trader Joe's. They were able to get me in quick with no wait. I showed the nail tech a photo of the color I wanted for my nails which was an opaque nude pink. I asked her to help me find a gel color similar to the photo. She began by filing and shaping my nails then she cut me really bad while cutting my cuticles. I've been cut before but never like this I thought she cut to the bone. She didn't apologize or anything just kept going. The color ended up looking like a clear gloss so I told her I wanted it like the photo which was an opaque pinky nude, not clear at all. So she went and picked another color and added it on top of the layers she already did. It looked better but still not what I wanted. I pay and leave and two days later the gel starts to peel. That is a big no no because I am a hairstylist and once that gel starts to peel It starts to pull my clients hair out and my own when I shower. I'm used to that happening but it usually doesn't happen for two-three weeks. read more

This is my second time here. I just moved across the street. the first time I went the lady was very nice but she kept showing me my dry skin on that cheese grater. I have super dry skin on my feet and she was so grossed out. I have NEVER had anyone do that before but I gave them another chance. this time it was a different lady so I thought she wouldn't be as rude. She was worse! She was totally grossed out over my dry skin. She was so disgusted. She kept giving me dirty looks. then she tried to put one foot back in the water but she had one foot on a big block and it made me slip and one of my feet bumped her arm. She was soo pissed and kept wiping of her arm and was saying something in her language to the other guy. I kept saying I was sorry but she was so rude. I was really embarrassed and wanted to walk out. She'd get really pissed if she told me something and I didn't understand. I went in to get a fresh set of acrylics. And though the service was fairly good, my nails themselves weren't the best. They were extremely thin and jagged on the sides. One of my nails broke two days after I got them and had dents in the acrylic. They were using old dirty files and brushes. I probably won't be going back. I also mentioned a few times that something was a little off my preference and he insisted it was fine. The guy was just in a big rush. It only took him 45 minutes to do a whole fresh set. read more

Went in late on saturday called about an hour and half before closing and only came here bc i saw the 5 star reviews. got there and the place was empty. guy was super nice and great conversation, i wanted long nails and he kept making comments about how long i wanted them and he ended up filing so much the length was gone. also burned me and looked like he was falling asleep and i understand he must've been tired after a long day but it was close to the skin i had to keep moving my hand away. also one of the workers sat right next to me and watched and also kept commenting on the length and she would have conversations with the guy working on my nails and it made it seem like they were in such a rush to get me out of there. I didn't even want to tell him how thick they were bc of how uncomfortable i was just sitting there while they had their own conversation and wanted to get out here of there as soon as i could. i noticed that they started to lift by Tuesday and are very bumpy . wouldn't recommend coming here ever. read more

I went with a friend of mine, who wanted to pay for me to get my nails done. Everything was going well until my friend started awkward laughing at something while I wasn't paying attention. When I looked up the guy giving me a leg massage had drawn a penis on my leg. I also want to note that I am a minor and he even asked if I had graduated high school and I said no. Not wanting to say anything my friend texted me to tell me what had happened. After learning about that I felt very uncomfortable and I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I noticed he kept looking and staring at me for long periods of time. After we left I told my dad about my experience and he called to complain. They said the owner was not in and they wouldn't give him their number. The person who answered the phone was the same guy, and when my dad asked about it he knew exactly who I was.
